I made a deposit to my bank for $8000 the told me i could access half of my funds on 03/04/2024 and do i still want to deposit it. i said okay and yes. two days later i receive an email saying i cannot access any of it until another later date which put my family in a bind but they don't care and will not help. i would never again do business with this bank and i will encourage my family to close all of their accounts immediately if I cannot access my funds by the due date that was promised on the reciept!!

this specific branch took my deposit and lied about the access date now its weeks later and i cant pay my employees or buy materials for my business

Why they holding my 401k check .....I just walked in to cash it but she told me I couldn't because it wasn't from there bank so she told me to Deposit it and it will be available tomorrow I said ok did it went home get a email from them saying they Put a hold on it until next week!!!!!!!y'all really don't care for the people lied to my face

Tell me why do they have a merchant line? It’s closed every time, a bit of too much waiting for ppl that have a biz to attend.. CSRs/tellers need to smile a bit more…over all the vibes here are not possitive..

BofA has the worst customer service online, on the phone, and in person. They are very polite at being NOT helpful or serviceable in any way dealing with personal accounts. Switch to another reputable Bank.

One day when I called in to check on something, the girl asked if I wanted to add a cell phone. I explained that I just got one, a gift from a friend but did not know how to use it as we never had one before. She was just going to add it as an emergency number so I said ok.l Well, she added it as our main home number and so when I called again at a later date, I gave my home # for verification and the gal said that was not the one and said she would have to text me a code to verify me. I did not do text and still had not used the cell phone but she said there was nothing she could do as she had to do what her Prompt said. Again I said I had not authorized anyone to change my home # but that did not matter. I would have to go to the office for them to verify me. I had just had back surgery and also told her I had my account with B of A for 56 years and also had worked for them for 13 years. Did not matter. Really?? I said there were many ways to verify me but she could only do it with a text. I don't do text, so I said I guess I am doomed to never be able to call in as this would always happen. That was the case she said. I asked for the Corporate # so I could call them and she said they did not have one. No manager, no supervisor, no corporate #, no nothing. Only that silly prompt for texting a code to me???? I found a corporate # on my own and called to make a complaint. A few days later I called their Fraud dept. and got a really nice, and smart "human" who wasable to help me get this matter resolved. Why couldn't anyone else do this I wondered. They would rather lose a 56-year customer and a prior employee? B of A is no longer a customer-friendly bank, period. Although the rep in the Fraud dept. was great. B of A lost their way and lost a customer.

Bank of America does not provide notary services at this location or any location on this side of Phoenix. I have to drive 15 miles from where I live to get to a location that provides notary services. This is absolutely horrible.I had a confirmed notary services appointment at this location. When I arrived at 11:15 am, I was told that they do not have notary services. This is absolutely horrible. Bank of America has got to do better. I do not recommend this location. Do not go to this location.

They have lost the ability to help small businesses. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DEPOSIT YOUR MONEY THROUGH THE TELLER ANYMORE.At this point the only thing they could have helped me with is to deposit my business income. Now they want me to deposit my cash to the ATM? The same ATM that spits out your money 5 times per transaction no matter how you split your money. (Yes I tried splitting my money already stop asking !) These same ATMs that crash every now and then.I already use the ATM every other day. I know 5 grand is not a lot to you folks at BofA but try depositing that in 1s, 5s, and 10, and 20s with 8 cars behind you getting ready to honk. This why I go inside, because I want my bank to bank my money with their machine that takes second to count.I go inside to deposit my income and wait in line. Come to find out, they are switching their policy yet again and guess what ? THEY CANT EVEN TAKE YOUR MONEY AT THE TELLER! You read that right, you aren’t allowed to make deposits through the teller, at the bank. They’ll redirect you the one of two ATMs inside. Because the other one is broken…The only help the loitering teller gave me was : Don’t forget to split your money so our horrible atm doesn’t spit your money back out!”Too bad I don’t live in a wealthy neighborhood with all the fancy ATMs. Will be banking elsewhere and I will recommend all small businesses I come across to do the same.

It is horrible, this is how B of A now treats their small business' and other customers. Wait times often exceed 20 minutes with one to two tellers. They can do nothing for you except, "take your money", said the teller. Everything else exists in "other departments". Which means you can not actually bank in the bank. ATMs crash all the time and you have to hope they don't do it while you are in the process of your transactions. It takes months to get that rectified. Good thing its only 98 today. Line is so long we are waiting outside.
