I received a random $2 check in the mail from Bank of America with no explanation and no contact information. I do not even have an account with them.I found a number to call and the automated system would not put me through to an "associate" because I did not have an account number. Ridiculous!

I r’cd a check for a prepaid card I don’t have. I was Trying to call Bank of America to speak to someone, a task impossible without an account number. After trying repeatedly to get past your automated system I know one thing for sure, I will not be banking with Bank of America in the future. I prefer a more people oriented organization's. Seriously terrible service.

Bank of America stole our home through fraud. As a result, my partner of 26 years died. Thanks Barry from Buckeye Road and your fraudulent loan modification scheme. It's been eight years now since Tim Ketchum died and I still blame Bank of America for what they did to our family.

I'd give them a minus 100 if I could. Bank of America has the worst customer service of any bank that I have ever dealt with in 50 years. There is no way to reach anyone by phone without wait times over 30 minutes, if ever. Website is pretty worthless. You cannot reach any branch, and when you do reach someone at their call center, they never follow through. I have accounts with Chase, Wells Fargo, and Citizens Business Bank and all are easy to contact and very responsive. Even trying to close an account takes an act of congress. When I paid off my mortgage, it took over 6 months and many phone calls to get a confirmation letter, and they normally won't send you one!!

My mom works here, so thats cool. The buildings also look very nice. Never been inside before but I can imagine it's very modern and sleek. Please correct me if im wrong ?Sorry I just saw this is for employees only.
