I went in looking to sell a gold ring, the price they gave me was a joke and the lady was unwilling to even negotiate. I recently visited a jewelry store to find the same exact ring and find the value. They offered me 20% of retail price, which is just laughable. I’m honestly unsure why they have 4.9 stars, they probably ask people to write good reviews??♀️

Very limited selection on instruments and when asking questions, the guy jesus just looked at me like I had 3 heads and didnt seem interested in helping me out. Everyone else is very helpful and kind.

Do not buy guns from Aztec Pawn on 75th Ave. The owner thinks he can rewrite the law. I have purchased several guns using my CCW license and today when I went to pick up my gun they couldn't find it for at least 30 mins. I left received a call that they found my gun then I received a follow up call that he was trying to change the law. The owner is a clown so if you want to be insulted go buy a gun at Aztec

Just wanted to thank Vanessa the manager for her kindness and professionalism. I was on crutches waiting for my husband to purchase his firearm. Vanessa provided me a chair so that I could be comfortable. This was last week I went this week and purchase me a new firearm. I will continue to shop there. McCoy family

These people are downright crooks I spent $400 on a speaker took it straight to the Cadillac dealer to get it installed on my amp and it was blown brought it back to the pawn shop and they refuse to give me my money after all the money that I have spent in that place. The prices are too high and the employees can be rude when they want to somewhat entitle I do not recommend anybody spend a dollar with Aztec pawn because with them the customer is not right. And then they have the nerve to say we will talk to the owner knowing that the asshole would say no even though they have fired the guy that sold me the speakers for checking in equipment without checking it out first, go figure that.CROOKS....

Went into the store off 75th and mcdowell and Ms. RUBY hooked it up!:) been looking for a pendant for my chain for years now, and within 5 minutes of being in the store, she found my ideal jewelry peice I've been dreaming of;) and a ring tooo??? Shoooooo I'm coming back !! Thanks soooo much :)

Just picked up a firearm from this place. They have plenty of firearms for your likings or needs. They also have a variety of ammunition me and my wife purchased a Glock today!

Not only is the customer service laughable, they sell items at retail price and if they don’t like you they just won’t take in anything you brought regardless of value. Never coming back hope they close down.

Bryce helped me purchase a handgun and was great! Very helpful and showed me the different options available for used and new. The entire staff was all very friendly and joking around with the customers making it a comfortable experience. Highly recommend!
