We ordered a cage from them It didn’t last a day and was missing parts. We called them and they said they didn’t know who sold it to us on offer up. We picked up at their address. They need to figure out what’s going on super scammers and unwilling to fix anything. Our dog was 35 lbs and they didn’t even put screws in the topwe just called them again. guy is in California and a google number. He hung up on us. Please don’t buy from these scammers

We tried to order 4 cages from this person today. Was told one price so got the money, then it was changed, said had to pay more for shipping. We did. Then was told it's all set but pay more to get your tracking number. At that point was told to just refund our money. Was refused and then when we called him out for being a scammer we were blocked from all ways of communication! Beware of this scam!!!!

It's a small hidden shop that isn't too hard to find. The employees aren't the friendliest but they definitely sell some great cages. These cages have made handling messes and feeding easier with the easy access doors and removable bottom tray for puppy pads.

Very friendly dude and really great deals on the cages and accessories. Gave us his card and said to let him now if anything went wrong with the assembly or if anything was defective. Great customer service overall. Definitely recommend this place for kennel needs.

I called 10 minutes before closing and the person that answered the phone agreed to stay open a little later and wait for me so I could purchase a cage. Most places wouldn't do that. Thank you very much!

I drove up from Tucson to pick up the dog cage. I bought the cage and the plastic floors. When I got home I noticed that 3 of the 4 plastic floors were too big for the cage. I have messaged the company many times to ask for a refund or if they are willing to send me the correct pieces. They want me to drive back up to Phoenix to swap the parts but with the cost of gas, it wasn’t logical for me. The error is on them for giving me the incorrect pieces and then not willing to send me the correct parts. They have now stopped responding to my messages. They only want your money and don’t care about your satisfaction or your pet’s comfort.

We’re very happy with our cage! We had a smaller cage but my dog gave birth and I wanted something more comfortable and bigger for her & her puppies and we got it! Instructions were a little confusing. But good solid cage. Thank you so much! Amazing customer service! Gave us a bowl with our purchase because I was afraid of my puppies drowning lol.
