Avalon accounting and Kristina requested a service from our company. We explained our process, offered an upgrade for free and extended additional days to make agreement work for both parties. Avalon and Kristina were quick and emotional and hung up on us. We refunded her in full and hard to work with companies that work off emotions, rather than a solid partnership and understanding.
