If there is a way for less than one. I will give to the manager of this store and one of his rude employee who has no concept of customer service. The idea that they don't care if I stay in the sun because I can't change my battery. Thats so sad that human decency and ability to assist went out the window.

Girl at the counter seemed like she was having a bad day complaining but that will turn around while Lloyd is there

Too bad the customer service have to ask you 20 questions to get you the correct oil filter. They don't have the information available for the customer to look it up themselves. At least not for a vehicle older than 18 years.

I like AutoZone only it's expensive if you can wait one day for your part order it online and it'll get to either following day for half the cost That's my feelings
