If I could give 10 stars I would! I was helped by Mathew, I needed a new battery for my SUV and he guided me through what I needed. Since I don’t know jack about cars he helped me to swap out the old battery. He was fast, very polite and knowledgeable. His customer service was outstanding. As I writing this review my wife told me Mathew helped her recently too with her car.
Thank you so much Mathew you just gained a couple of lifetime customers due to your hard work. We’ll never go anywhere else.

This is not the main AutoZone I go to but this one was pretty good. Found what I needed. Customer service was pretty good too.

Nice and clean location. Helpfull employees, the young man who helped me was full of information that someone without vehicle knowedge may find very helpfull. Showed me all options and levels of batteries for my car.Offered to swap it although I did it myself; they had the loaner tools.

Auto zone on 75th Ave..it doesn't work for all the employees, you have to vote them out. Very slow service..there is never anything..and there is an older employee with glasses who speaks Spanish and English and is always bullying people.
