I recently purchased a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland which had a bad battery. Jose Duarte made sure that I got the correct size Duralast AGM battery to replace the original Mopar battery. To be safe, I also replaced the auxiliary battery. AutoZone had both batteries in stock. Since my Jeep would not start, I asked Jose if I could borrow some tools to install both of the new batteries in the parking lot. Jose said that he could change out the both batteries for me! I have done this before on another Jeep that we own & knew that it was a pain because both batteries are located under the passenger seat. Jose was professional and extremely customer focused. Jose went above & beyond to help me get back on the road. Jose was AWESOME and made my day so much better! I am forever grateful to Jose! AutoZone is lucky to have Jose working at this location! You can get auto parts anywhere, but you can only get Jose's friendly smile and positive attitude at this location!

Went in to buy my windshield wipers for my car I was helped in a timely manner and the young man was really great he went in even installed them on my vehicle

Says it opens at 7am I'm here at 7am and the doors are locked..... here it is 7:20am and the doors are still locked while employees are just walking around

Car barely started this morning, batteries just don't last in the Phoenix heat. Got over to Autozone, outstanding customer service, in and out with a new battery is less than 20 minutes. Veterans discount available. I was helping a friend with their dead battery the previous day at a different Autozone and the service there was outstanding as well, consistant, professional and reliable.

I want to thank Carlos, the manager he was very helpful and patient. Helped me change the battery on my 2019 Silverado and also took the time to explain the process to me. It is really rare to see a manager doing these things. Also didn't get the name of the associate that was inside helping customer but he also rocked very good customer service and friendly. Great store to visit
