The guy told me they don’t do returns and closed the store it’s 10:30
You guys need to change your store hours 5th time I need something at night and they’re closed.
I guess Amazon is a better option now smh

Today we had a bad experience with one of the people who served us, just because he wanted to take us back to the end of the line, why didn't he realize it when we arrived at the place?
The person who was lined up behind us in line tried to explain and he just didn't want to serve us, ???
just to clarify that AutoZone has a person who does his job badly and treats us reluctantly as if he will not be paid for his work does not mean that all AutoZones have the same customer treatment

Terrible Service, they don't care if you don't speak English, I don't know if it's an act of racism but they didn't treat me. I was ignored and they jumped me on several occasions. I would not return to this place.

Can't stand AutoZone anymore 3rd time bought a part that says it fit my exact year make and model and engine size. Drive 30mins out of the way because only store says has it in stock. Bought the item got all the way home after finding a way to get there and the part doesn't come close to fitting. Nowhere has in stock now I have to wait 3-7 days for it to show up
