They always have so much to look at here. Gladly the staff doesn't follow you around watching like a hawk it's prey. Instead they hide behind the outer walls and use them to their advantage to watch potential shop lifters. It's a good thing I don't need to steal to work on my car. Aha!

Today 01/05/2024 I walk into the store, the store was empty, no one inside just three ladies, I think one of them was the manager since she was wearing a gray shirt, I just said “good afternoon” and they just stared at me with no response, then I go to one of the places to ask for the part I was looking for, and the manager said what are doing over there if we are on this side, when they clearly were just hanging out on that spot, I mean I tried them with respect but looks like the want to overlord with there customers with a bad attitude, really bad experience, at least in some other stores they said “welcome to AutoZone”

Since when customer service has dropped so much, I worked for autozone for 13 years, I have never denied bathroom service to someone, I just wanted to wash my hands and they told me that the bathrooms were not for customers, so I left there. I was a red man who was undressed and without name tag and he was talking to me about rules ?

You need more people I was told I would get help with installing my brake light but you guys don't have enough people at this location I'm going to have to drive to another location to get someone to help me.

Absolute peace of work manager. Was stranded with my family, kids, walked a mile and arrived at 9:45 looking for a jumper cable wouldn’t even open the door was just playing games on his phone. Zero work ethic or responsibility. Should not be running a store.

Didn't have the bulb I needed sam looked in a basket at the registers then continued to stick, well 1 out the 5 employees checked people out. I counted were in the back talking and laughed. I waited in line for 19 mins with 2 people in front of me. Well my wife and Infant daughter waited in the truck. Don't worry I'm not like AutoZone my truck AC works.

Dustin M. Made my experience at this Autozone worth the money and while. I had a crisis right in front of the store so it was really convenient. Without his courteous help, I would have been out there struggling for hours in this 99 degree weather, which feels like 104.

Once upon a Time was a great story great service great parts and access to parts now is very poor customer service needs to be looking very poor poor customer service not knowledgeable to any carpartss not knowledgeable on any solutions rudeness in a language barrier not too much English translation very rude and like I said not everyone knowledgeable about car parts are any solutions really need to look then it seems like they just hire anybody?????

Autozone corporate needs to know this but Alex’ at this location 19th Ave. in Buckeye did an extraordinary and amazing customer service when I just left five minutes ago I had a situation where I bought a fuel pump for my Chevy Impala not long ago. The part failed. I went to the location on Central Southern And they told me to use me as if I was some type of thief Alex needs a raise for the help he provided to me. He’s very calm, professional, and just an overall amazing employee. To my knowledge. He told me he is a manager and clearly for that reason he is a manager. We need more people like him at our local Autozone’s Alex, thank you very much. Keep up the good work.!!!
