Battery ended up going bad in my car while driving on my lunch break. This location was the closest to me at the time, so ended up here.
The first associate I spoke with assisted me with picking out a new Battery and also assisting me with finding the best battery for my budget.
There was a 2nd associate who ended up taking out my old Battery and replacing it with the new one. It did take some time, It was hot and he also informed me that they were limited on tools so I understood that and was patient with him, while he compled the job.
Overall, they saved me from being stranded and was able to help me get back to work.
I truly appreciate their willingness to help and get the job done. I recommend this location if you're having any car trouble needs

Joseph and Dustin were amazing!! They took such good care of us and went above and beyond with a particularly difficult battery change. It’s never a good day when you have to get a new battery, but they both made it as easy as possible for us and gave great service. Thank you Joseph and Dustin!!!

I wanted to report a terrible customer experience that I went through yesterday. I went to this location to have them honor my warranty for my battery that I purchased five years ago, which was still under warranty. My battery was taken out of my car. They looked in the system, confirmed that my eligibility for my replacement was not to expire until July 11, 2024. I was told that I would have to pay $205 for a new battery because I had already exceeded my warranty even though the system pulled up that I was still eligible. I kept my receipt From five years ago in 2019, which stated “This warranty lasts from the day you buy the battery to the end of the Warranty period on this receipt.” I’m not sure if nobody is aware that people still keep their receipts, but I was looking for my warranty to be honored not to come in to pay additional pricing for a battery that I was sold on when I could’ve purchased a used battery To begin with. They begin to try to bargain with me telling me they would give me 10 to 20% off I wasn’t looking for a bargain. I was looking for the business I gave my money to honor their deal. This is highly unacceptable and makes me lose trust in the company as a whole. The fact that they went from 10 to 20% just shows that there was leeway and I was being toyed with. There was no managers or supervisors in the store to be able to explain this to me instead I was offered to call a phone number. If I was looking to speak to somebody over the phone, I would’ve called customer service. Additionally, to make my experience worse than it already was An associate named Ubaldo Who works for commercial Came over to oversee the situation he didn’t greet me, turned his back toward me and said nothing to me at all That wasn’t even the part that bothered me. It was the fact that when he walked away, he said If he wants to be mad and let him be mad. As a customer who also works in customer service, the last thing that you should be doing is Putting gasoline on a situation that was already inflames. Upon leaving, I asked for his name Associate provided me with his name overhearing he screamed from around the corner. Did you want my name and I told him I already received it from one of his Colleagues with customers in the store, he began to argue with me around the corner, not even facing me Directly. I didn’t raise my voice at Any associates I didn’t use any profanity I was keeping as calm and collective as I could for a situation that warranted My reaction. Additionally, the young lady who was helping me was trying to check me out and Ubaldo tried to call her over to talk about me when I’m trying to get my battery and get out of the store. He proceeds to get on the phone and speak with somebody backbiting as I was still in the store with multiple clients in line instead of trying to assist any other clients he decided to complain about a situation that he wasn’t even helping with in the first place. I ended up purchasing the battery for $150 When I received the receipt, it was the same verbiage as the receipt five years ago, the only difference was it said three years now instead of the five years that I originally got. I was told that a policy was changed, but I didn’t purchase the battery when the policy was changed. I purchased it well before that. And additionally as a company, nobody informed me of this policy Changed, As a multi million dollar corporation, you should be reaching out to customers for these disclaimers And better explain the process rather than trying to bargain. I would never come to this location again and this is just more of a reason for clients to remember to never throw away your receipt. They knew they were in the wrong because why would I have been offered any type of discount or have my battery taken out? Just to tell me that in order to put another one in I would be having to pay $150. This is absolutely unacceptable and associates need to be trained on ethics when dealing with customers that are already experiencing a dissatisfaction

Worst AutoZone for customer service! I will NEVER come back to this one! I walked in, two guys behind counter talking, neither even look up as I walk in. I proceed to wall with brake fluid, fuel injector cleaner, ECT. I'm directly across and in full view. I walk down the wall, looking, reading all the products. After about 5 minutes I turn and say excuse me, do you have fuel treatment for a carb motorcycle engine. He looks up and says, it's on the wall you're looking at, you just have to read the labels. I said I have been and only see fuel injector stuff, my bike doesn't have injectors. Not one word. One guy walks over and I thought he was going to help me but he just put a bottle of brake fluid back on shelf and walked away!! I'm going to O'Reilly's!

So I bought these spiked lug nuts for my car that I have been eyeing for a while. They looked pretty cool and I asked if I could assemble them on my car outside. So I left my ID with them and they gave me a tool to take the existing ones off and replace them, unfortunately it was the wrong size tool and I went back in to ask if they could help me use the right size. Keep in mind there was like 6 people working in there mostly standing around so I really didn’t think it was going to be a big deal and they weren’t busy or anything.
It was basically impossible to get anyone to help me assemble these and when I told them they gave me the wrong size for the lug nut he said that they wouldn’t be able to give me the right size and that I needed to purchase a $30 tool.
I was confused because they already had my ID and let me use a wrench and he said some size tools are available to use and others aren’t?
I didn’t have the extra $30 for this special tool that I was only going to use once so I left after getting my ID back.
They shouldn’t sell upgrades or additional stuff if they aren’t available to help me assemble it.
90% of my reviews are 5 star reviews, and I’m not one to complain, but it was just a weird exchange and I felt stupid for spending $50 on all these special items.
