The inventory online was wrong so when my battery died they had to send me somewhere else and then my tire popped from a nail in their parking lot. The second autozone also refused to put my battery in so I had a flat tire from their dirty debris lot and a dead tire

Rude customer service. When changing brakes for my girlfriend who doesn't know much about cars the guy at the counter told me to let her pick the type of brake pads because it's her car and safety.
called them to ask if they turn dow brake rotors and they insisted that "nobody turns down rotors" well the oriellys down the street does
