“I did a great deal of research on coating my new Mercedes Benz before I chose Ceramic pro North Phoenix. First I did research on the product and determined that I wanted Ceramic Pro Ion, it seems like the beast ceramic coating on the market. Next I researched a number of ceramic coating shops, I was appalled at the lack of knowledge by the people on the phone. None of the other shops impressed me or really took the time to answer all my questions. I wanted someone very experienced wheeling out my beautiful black MB, not someone who just finished training or someone who didn't own their own shop. I finally spoke with Andres at CP North Phoenix, Andres was extremely patient with me and listened to my concerns, what I wanted and what I expected. Andres walked me through all the packages and we arrived at a package that worked well for my budget and needs. Andres and his father do all the work and have decades of experience, that was extremely important to me. I had the full interior and 7-year exterior done. I couldn't be more happy, the car is stunning. They did a thorough, detail oriented job on the paint correction and the CP Ion application was flawless. I highly recommend Andres and his father at CP North Phoenix. They did an exceptional job and I will continue to go to them for further work. You won't go wrong with these guys, they care, they listen, they are detail oriented, they are very experienced, very professional and a pleasure to work with. “A few years back they matched color and finish on a wheel that other valley shops would not touch. When I got it back it matched the other wheels perfectly. So, when I had a car with inherited wheel issues, including curb rash, I went here to take care of them.Bob gave me great customer service when I changed the color of my 350Z wheels to match my door handles. They cleaned up the curb rash on the right wheels then matched all wheels to the new color. He made me feel like they care about me as a customer.”

And I love Shelby the dosing, she's always greets you with a smile on her face that will brighten up a whole room I love her to death she makes everyone feel so she never criticizes anybody or makes him feel less than ever always got a smile on her face even if she might be having a bad day she'll always have a smile on her face and make you feel good about yourselfyesterday I was going through some problems and really sad and she asked me how I was doing she was worried about me and what was going on with me because she said I was always smiling every time I came in there and yesterday for some reason I wasn't smiling Joyce takes the time to ask you how you're doing and how you're feeling and if you're alright I love her for that she worries more about all of us than she does about herself and like I said I've been going to this clinic for almost seven years so I think I know her pretty well she's so sweet and so kind I could go on and on and on about Shelby but I just want everybody to know that I love her so much and I know everybody that goes like clinic does nobody has anything bad to say about Shelby. Just saw I put a good word out there for Shelby. I don't know what I would do if I went to the clinic one morning and I didn't see her on the other side of that glass. “From the first interaction with Matt (runs the Las Vegas location) at a Malibu campground, i was impressed with the treatment description, benefits, available locations to perform, and the follow-up protocols to maximize and extend the benefits of the treatment on our coach. We own a 2017 Entegra Cornerstone 45B so protecting the paint and look of our RV is very important. Since stopping into Vegas to perform it did not align well with our travel plans, we decided to take it to Provo, Utah. Matt referred us to McKay Pinegar and the professionalism carried on. It felt like we were dealing with a professional outfit that understood the "stakes" of this investment and knew how to execute. Upon arriving we were greeted by the whole crew and they all were welcoming, complimentary, and especially reassuring that we would be overjoyed with the final product and look of our Rig.
The service was one thing, it was awesome and the final look of our Rig was better than new, really. What continued to overwhelm us was the Team's dedication to our understanding, in depth knowledge of what we need to do to insure this coating lasts and protects for many years. Each Tech was engaging and clear eyed about the importance of our investment. I cannot over state how happy we are with the Service and the look of our rig. We have to head on our trip, but if time wasn't ticking away on our trip, we would have done the treatment on our tow vehicle too. These folks have many location around the country.
