Tried to buy the new Samsung phone however they refuse to sell phones unless you buy insurance with them. They do this to pump up their sales numbers. It's highly dishonest and predatory. I'll just find a different store. I don't do business with shady garbage like this

Terrible service by the "manager" I walked in to get help he said to call customer service, I did and customer service told me another thing. Walked back in there and he said "you didn't give me the whole information. I did. He said I'm not a corporate store "if you read the door it says authorized dealer" Thanks man!

I came in with my sister so we could get the new iPhone 15’s. Usually, it’s a bit nerve wrecking going into phone stores. However, I had Tommy & Chuck help us and they made the process so smooth! We’re so glad we stopped into this store. Thx guys :-)

Yahya..the representative in AT&T store at 2805 W Aqua Fria fwy, was phenomenal..he understood my exact ask..helped me upgrade to a new phone seamlessly..very patient with all my questions..responded with great knowledge and helped select an amazing option that had all the criteria i was looking for ..Thank you for such amazing customer support....AT&T...

I walked in with question on a IPad. I was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Frank, Frank was an outstanding rep, he was very welcoming and was very knowledgeable, I really appreciate the service Frank was able to provide! Thank you Frank!

The team member at this store was of NO help. What happened to customer service. He was just biding his time until he was off work. Would not even try to help us. Told us to go to Best Buy. I thought you would want customer loyalty, not send us to a competitor. Very disappointed, will not return.

I’ve been a loyal AT&T customer for a long time and I was ready to upgrade my plan. I walked in there and before I could even explain what I wanted to do, I was told that they couldn’t help. I asked if he couldn’t help me upgrade my plan and he looked at me and said yes so I left. I almost changed carriers but decided to give AT&T one more try and I went to the store in Happy Valley. At that store, they went above and beyond to help me and I ended up buying a new phone and Apple Watch. I was told that the reason why this store wouldn’t help me is because it doesn’t count in favor of their sales goal if they only upgrade a current customer. I will NEVER return to this store because their customer service is HORRIBLE!!! If you need an AT&T store that’ll actually help you, go to the store in Happy Valley?
