We went into the at&t store on 20th st and Camelback not knowing how to connect and reactivate our phones and the representative named Shayla helped us tremendously. She went above and out of her way to explain the process to us clearly and in words that we can understand. I highly suggest going straight to her if your unable to understand the process or having any troubles with your phone plans.

Do NOT go with AT&T if you don't want to get ripped off, zero help, care, or concern for your experience. I was added to an account as an additional line and the phone I received was a brand new Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. It did not work at all to connect to the internet, call, text, use gps, etc. The only thing it was good for was taking photos. I had to be connected to wifi for ANY functionally and even then, functionally was hit or miss. I went in person to countless AT&T stores, in different states, different towns, on countless occasions, sometimes alone, sometimes with the account owner, sometimes with my boyfriend. All of them witnessed this unfold. SO many wasted hours re-explaining myself and the issues (because why would they ever put notes in an account?) Sim cards replaced multiple times, HOURS upon HOURS on the phone with their customer service line, an app installed (because according to some of them, 5g isn't real and I needed the app to switch it back to 4g), all the settings reviewed multiple times, a whole lot of "huh" and "doesn't make sense", but ZERO fixes. All while this was still a BRAND NEW phone under 1 year old. I was told by AT&T that I needed to go to a repair shop because they could not help. I went to 2 separate shops- they both said they didn't understand why AT&T wouldn't stand by the phone they sold me, but they also couldn't help me and I needed to go through Samsung because whatever it was was not fixable by them. After I filed the claim with Samsung, Samsung replaced the motherboard (after mailing it in and physically waiting for it to be fixed and shipped back, roughly 2 weeks) and sent it back to me, allegedly fixed and functioning with no issues. After it STILL did not work, Samsung stated that AT&T was the issue. All this time I am STILL paying for the phone AND for service that I did not receive. While I owned this phone and experienced all these issues I lived in upstate NY, Charlotte NC, Phoenix AZ, and went on multiple work trips to large cities with great coverage - all with no change in my situation or the functionally of the phone. I moved to a new city and could not call, text, or use gps or the internet. I was stranded and felt so unsafe because of this unreliable and unreal situation. I cried in parking lots outside of AT&T stores after going in and imploring with them again to fix this- all with zero result. Their ONLY answer was that I could pay off the phone and try again or go elsewhere. I FINALLY had to put the remaining amount owed on a credit card to get the eff away from them and go to a different provider. This provider told me they hear this same unfortunate story often from AT&T customers who got basically screwed by this "company" and they helped me SO much. Day ONE with that other provider and I cannot believe the difference. This phone WORKS, as the AT&T one should have. Absolute shame on you AT&T for taking advantage of people who cannot afford to be taken advantage of. It's disgusting. Consumers, beware. Do not sign up with AT&T.

Hate the phone call service. Just wasted my time for stopping by because the services on my new phone are terrible. Calls get super choppy on my new fold z phone. Stopped by and this dude looking at me like I'm crazy. Did nothing to help. Not a fast stop by service. Last time I came sold me a phone holder that didn't fit my phone. 14 day return policy and what th3y sold me to fit my phone.

Deceptive selling practices at this store. Do NOT go. I financed a new phone, they gave me a 2nd number and charged me for a 2nd line for over 12 months. They won't refund me bc they said they wouldn't give me a 2nd number unless I agreed to it. I'm assuming they did this to hit a commission number as this branch is very sales driven. Coverage in 85016 zip code is spotty as well. Go Verizon.

Well, I was so happy this store was open later on Sunday. Came back from overseas and my phone just wasn’t working correctly. John was super helpful and very knowledgeable. Excellent customer service that allowed me to get my problem resolved very quickly! Highly recommend the store.

I’d lost my phone in the Tokyo Sky Lounge, and needed a replacement fast. Jessica got my phone replaced within 1 &1/2 days. Once I had my phone, I went in again, and a 2nd Tech helped me get it set up!! Extremely satisfied!!

The incompetent Manger (Jessica) was so rude to me & my wife in front of other customers , you can tell this manager wanted to be some one of power and wanted to flex her authority , to show her employees who the boss is, with out giving any kind of resolution options , (because AT&T is never wrong) ( sarcastic ) she shooed us out of the store like stray dogs . !! I was shocked & appalled, this store should get negative stars ,and I started my account at this store almost 15 yrs ago , and the store manger was pleasant to work with , but these young kids have no respect or customer service expertise , jessica thinks she entitled because she a manager at an AT&T store

Miguel took great care of me and gave me a great deal on two new lines and at home WiFi. He didn’t try to rush me into anything and was very knowledgeable. Happy I switched.

Everyone in the store wanted to help me and my mom while we shopped and the patience and care was outstanding. He even looked into our plan to make sure we were getting the best price.
