Service was % worth it alone!!Selection was goodValue I feel is the same as any other high end athletic trendy storeWhat made me give this particular store 5 stars is the staff. From the moment I walked in they were nothing but courteous, helpful, friendly,and full of smiles the staff honestly gave me 100% customer satisfaction. I will never go to another Athletic location So thank you sincerely

I loved the store for years but recently they became so pushy trying to sell you a credit card - it ruins the whole shopping experience. I mean asking once is ok but three times and then showing an attitude if I don't want to sign up - not acceptable.

The worst customer service. I had a return and wanted to look for another tank..Meghan changed all that for me. She was snotty, rude and downright awful! I made my return and got out! I'll shop online from now on.

A wonderful store and shopping experience! I was helped by the amazing, very helpful and delightful Marissa. I'm a first-time Athleta customer and needed additional help with some leggings that I'd purchased online, due to sizing. Marisa came to my rescue and helped me to return those (I'd already worn them, too), selecting a new pair of leggings as well as finding another new pair.I am so appreciative of Marissa's help and I love my new leggings! Thank you Marisa and Athleta :- )Fyi, I purchased the 7/8 Salutation Stash Pocket leggings for my Pilates workouts. I'm 5'1", 101 pounds and wear a size Small/Petite. The leggings are totally great looking and feel fantasticl. Love the soft material and the length is perfect, too. The Enchanted Blue color is beautiful!

My daughter received a gift of Athleta workout clothes. The size was wrong so we took the items back to the store. They were a gift so we did not have a receipt but the tags were still attached. I had to show my state-issued driver's license and passport since I did not have the receipt. The return was denied and I was told that is because I have made too many returns without a receipt at either a Gap, Old Navy or Athleta store. That is completely false. I don't shop at any of these stores so I could not have made a return, with or without a receipt. While still in the store, I called Customer Service. They are emailing me the forms to appeal this denial. Customer Service said this process is to avoid customers coming in and grabbing items off the shelf and then attempting to return the stolen merchandise. Such a hassle. I will never shop at any Gap owned business due to the treatment of its customers. What happened to "the customer is always right"? Update: I received the Return Activity Report. As expected, it showed no history of prior returns. I spent the better part of a day calling GAP customer service, Athleta Customer service and the Retail Equation, some entity that made the decision to deny the return. Bottom line: they are still denying a return of the merchandise. The GAP says they cannot override a decision made by the Retail Equation. The Retail Equation said there is no process to overturn a decision once made. After they looked at the Return Activity Report however, they changed the basis of the denial and now claim it is denied because it is a "high dollar exchange." Such a scam!

Go to Kierland they are WAAAY more helpful or shop online. Bought 3 pairs of pants, brought them in for alterations, they had them for 2 weeks, heard nothing. Called them "oh we had the wrong number." Only 2/3 pairs were ready (they couldn't find the 3rd pair). Got them home, looked at the tag, only took 3 inches instead of the 4 inches requested. Brought them back, "it'll be a week." I provided a different phone number this time. Came back a week later "oh they're not back yet it'll still be a couple of days but we will call you." Called today, FINALLY "oh yeah they're ready." Asked when they came in why didn't I get a call? "Oh the phone number we had wasn't a good phone number." 2 working phone numbers weren't bad and I called them from it so what gives? They're not honest and the alterations person takes a long time. They're disorganized for sure. Short people are better off at lulu, alterations are in house next day in most cases. Also, people are getting vaccinated, why do you close at 6? Some of us work until 5. Lucky for me, I'm closer to Kierland now and I prefer that store to this one.

Got there at 6:40pm on a Wednesday night, but the doors were locked already. Yelp shows they are open until 7:00 pm. Call first to make sure they are open.
