My wife and I changed providers 2 weeks ago and upgraded our phones. We have 30 days to return the old phones and thus the reason I made a visit to this location. It had some of the best reviews, but I was not met with the same standards. The representative who was working was impolite with his responses. I was hoping for a response such as, “I am helping these customers with X, and will be able to assist you in aproximately X amount of time” but instead I could tell he was not interested in helping me and was provided no support or timeline on when I would be assisted. I have no issues waiting my turn, but I was shocked to receive no customer support. I chose to leave and find a different location. I would recommend not going into the store on Saturday’s.

AT&T is the worst cell phone company, I have delt with. I am being charged for a devise that I do not have. I have called since June, with evidence that it is NOT being used. The sales Rep up sold the device to gain a higher commission while being coached over text messages from her manager who was present at the time. During the whole process they were texting each other while I was in front of the sales rep named Dee Dee. The manager was coaching her how to up sell me. I told her during this process that I did not want the device. She stated that it was too late. I left the store that day with NO device, an Apple watch. I have been billed for it since June. This is the worst cell phone company to have services with. I have had service with TMobile and Verizon. I left TMobile only because Verizon has the best coverage. Never once have I had any issues with these cell phone carriers. The only reason I left Verizon was because again they upsold me and they stated I would have more on my monthly bill. NOT THE CASE. Un professional and they UP SELL FOR COMMISSION. They do not care about You!

I came in with a locked phone and Tashawn was the assistant who helped me. He was polite, knowledgeable, personable, and went above and beyond to help me with this situation. He is a true asset to AT&T, and I thank him so much!

Hunter the assistant manager was likely to be the most helpful of associates that I have ever come across. He suggest a better product than I originally wanted and my family and I are so pleased. Thank you for the excellent service Hunter

Do not come here, it’s all about the sales at this store. 3 months later and my bill is all screwed up and the first net customer service is the worst forget the discount I’m going back to atnt regular plan.

My elderly mother and I had the best customer service experience at this store. Mom lives alone and her phone is her life line. We came in with a complex problem that an in field service installer couldn't solve. Dede, the store manager and Gabriella the operations tech patiently, cheerfully and most import, competently worked with us and our previous carrier to understand the issue and get her new phone working. Walking in, I was ready to leave ATT but Dede and Gabriella totally turned it around. This group is the best! Thank you.
