I bought a shaggy rug that cost over $300. The thing is so thin, so low quality, my feet hurt when I walk on it. Quality has really gone down hill for this company. Never ever going to buy something here. (Updated Review.) Costumer Service reached out, dealt with different people, but after all they worked with me and satisfied the issue and made it whole. At Home has a great customer service and they do follow through with their word. Thank you guys! I am a happy customer now.
