Very bad experience, today I had a problem with my car and I needed a tow truck service and it turned out that I didn't have it, which my agent never notified me about, when I spoke to them for an explanation he told me that he had exceeded that service, which I didn't understand because in almost 15 years that I have been with this company I have used it 7 times, he only answered me and told me that he didn't have time at that moment, at least he should have told me that he would call me back to explain it to me, I simply do not recommend this agency.

I never write reviews but this felt needed I wouldn't recommend her at all she never answers any emails or phone calls! It ridiculous! Even after leaving voicemails and everything and when I decided to try a different agent I got contacted in less than half an hour! Ridiculous! Don't Waste your time!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULNT EVEN GIVE 1 STAR.The agent doesn’t want to talk or help you, they don’t want to work with you and just simply say “yes cancel your auto policy”. Not certain but the lady was almost slurring, spewing obscenities, outright rude. I would recommend not even working with her or having any connection. WORST COMPANY
