We just needed to purchase one chair for me to start my new job working from home. We walked into the new showroom first and we were greeted by a really great guy whom was very knowledgeable and experienced.He listened to our needs and directed us to the used showroom where there was a large selection of lower priced used chairs. He gave us a few minutes to look and try out chairs.I was pretty sureI had picked the chair I needed and we tried out some more while he was w us but I kept going back to that one chair. When I went to sit in some chairs he was like uh NO I will not let you buy that chair. He advised me that I made a good choice w chair I liked best. It had everything I needed at an excellent price.Thank you for giving me exactly what I needed. Im loving this chair. When your only selling one chair its all about the customers needs and I had such a great experience here. Thank you so much for making the little guy feel like a CEO!

Walked in looking for an office chair and found the perfect one thanks to Michael. Was wandering around and he came over and walked me through the pros and cons of each one and a week later I can say it’s the perfect fit and extremely comfortable. Highly recommend.

Michael was so helpful when looking for a new chair.I came in a bit close to closing but he was still really nice, honest, and informative about the products. I came in looking for one chair and ended up showing me another one that I liked even better at a lower cost, showed me all the ins and outs of the chairs, and things to look out for when purchasing. Definitely gonna be back. Thank you!!

This company has nice furniture but are very disorganized and full of excuses. They use sub-contractors for deliveries and when something is not right, they blame each other. Start to finish, it took just shy of 5 MONTHS to complete. Here's the background... Salesperson came to view space. Made the most of space and was satisfied with the quality of the furniture. Once they were paid, since you must pay 100% upfront, the communication was lacking. I was very specific and clear with what I wanted. When they send you a quote, it is difficult to read because it is in their ordering jargon. First, the delivery driver was 3 hours late, 2 items were not correct. Second delivery, 2 months later, late again, order was still wrong. 4 items had to be returned as they were not ordered. Third delivery, was a surprise as they did not notify us. It was after hours and we had to scramble employees to accept the delivery. I had to pay employees to wait for the late delivery drivers, and I didn't just buy a desk or 2. I spent $8K. I spoke to a supervisor to complain between the 2nd and 3rd delivery. She said her assistant would contact me with an update and a plan to make this right. Never happened a delivery just showed up. You decide, this is my experience.

Overall great resource for used furniture. Chantel has been a great help in selecting our furniture needs and showing us around the show room. Communication has been great and will call was easy and helpful staff. They let us hold a few days after purchasing to accommodate our pick up schedule. They offer delivery. Great selection.

Called about a receptionist desk I felt like because I wasn't buying and brand new one the lady really didn't have any interest in helping me. So I just hung up with her and went somewhere else and found a nice desk.

We needed a few chairs for our office off 32nd & Broadway. I'm so happy we found this place. Great new & used furniture. Local place. Friendly staff. Chantel helped my coworker, and I purchase 8 chairs today. Pricing was great. Chairs were used, but reasonably priced. I had fun taking a picture with the big advertising chair outside the front door! Highly recommended! Will definitely go back & suggest to anyone who asks us at our business in Phoenix!
