we were visiting family in Phoenix when my cpap machine broke. Urcella was amazing, took our call and went above and beyond to get me a new machine. We were on our way to the airport to continue our vacation and now can do that with great sleep. Can't thank them enough!

Everyone at Arizona Medical Equipment and Supply deserves a 5 star rating. Specifically, Ercella recently helped me understand how to switch out my first CPAP mask. She kept trying to help me understand the components. Sure enough. When I got home I was able to figure it out. Thank you! My 1 month-ish CPAP journey has been great.

This place has the worst customer service. I contacted the office to ask a question and the representative was very rude. I was only calling for a friend as a favor. I can only imagine how these workers treat their actual customers.

This place is great. I stopped by to purchase a new mask for my CPAP machine. Instead of selling a new mask they showed me how to properly fit my existing mask. I can't thank them enough.

If you want the best customer service then this is the place! The women who work in this office go above and beyond to make sure you're getting all your needs met and explain equipment and pricing in a manner that's easy to understand. They also do their best, according to your circumstances, to find the best plan to get you what you need. I wouldn't go to any other place just because of the way they treat their customers. Very happy with their service.

My 87 year old mom is in an assisted living facility. Jade has been beyond wonderful. She actually stayed on the phone with my mom one night for over 30 minutes, while she waited for someone from the facility to come fix her oxygen. (horrible that it took so long for someone to respond to her “help button”.) It’s too bad Jade doesn’t work at the facility… she always responds to my mom faster than any of the aides at her assisted living.
She also helps my mom with her C pap machine if there’s ever a problem or she can’t figure something out.
I can’t say enough about Jade and the business. My mom is alone a lot and Jade is someone she always looks forward to seeing. She’s gone out of her way to show my mom that she sincerely cares about her and enjoys their visits.

I've had trouble getting my monthly CPAP supplies from this company. My doctor changed my mask, and apparently the "pillows" for this mask are scarce, according to this office. I call to ask about that status of my shipment, they seem confused about who I am or what my equipment is. They promise shipments that never come, promise "call backs" that never come. On more than one occasion I have received the wrong "pillows" for my mask, and when I call to find out what's going on, I get some song and dance about not being eligible for the supplies for X more days. Why do I even have to call each month? You (supposedly) know what equipment I have and what insurance I have, so you should be able to identify what I need and what I am eligible for and just send it out. Instead I have to call each month and "roll the dice" that I will get what I need, I will have to start combing through my Medicare statements to make sure that I get what I should be getting, and that I am not being billed for stuff that I don't need or don't get.

This place is awful. My doctor sent them the orders, but they never called because they incorrectly thought my insurance was out of network. If they had attempted to call they would have realized they were wrong. I was in network. They don't call back when they say they will. You have to chase them down. When I got ahold of someone a second time they said my policy wasn't active, which again was wrong and within 5 minutes of being on the phone suddenly my policy was working and they could calculate my deductible. This place is so disorganized. Save yourself time and go somewhere else!

My 91 year mother-in-law's oxygen machine broke at 4:30pm so I called for help and they sent a tech out with a new one. Both the reception and tech were so amazing and appreciated there quick response.
