Go see Heather Bullis at the Phoenix location! She was so helpful in explaining firmness, cost, and all the little details when considering purchasing a mattress.My husband and I have not purchased a new mattress for ourselves since we've been together, and I'm not sharing how many years that's been, but it's been a lot. Heather sold us a Stearns & Foster - EK - Lux Cush Firm and a Sealy - Q - Cush Firm mattress. Great customer service! Looking forward to a good night's rest for many years to come!

We decided we needed a new mattress at our place in Phoenix. Being snowbirds we didn’t want to spend a small fortune on a bed. I checked online at the usual places, Costco, Sam’s and a few other online stores, but all were the same, not much available and cant try them out. Decided to check out Arizona Mattress Overstock and we were not disappointed. We told Heather what we were looking for in size and comfort and she showed us what she had in stock. She explained the “level” of the brands and left it up to us without any hard push to buy. We took home a very nice Stearns & Foster and are completely happy.

The best mattress buying experience I've ever had. No sales person aggressively hassling me and making presumptuous comments on how I will be buying a mattress from them today. Heather was amazing. I asked a lot of questions, and she was very patient and gave me detailed and honest answers. That isn't a common practice in the sales world. After going to other places, it was a no brainer. No one compared in pricing or customer service. I drove back to Arizona Mattress Overstock and bought my mattress.

Needed a new bed and stopped at Arizona Mattress Overstock on Bell and 19th Ave. and was able to find a new soft King mattress in a matter of 10-15 minutes. The worker Brian was super effective in helping us find what we needed and gave us a great deal!
