I will take my business to AZ Jet Ski from now on. Jim (the owner) is highly knowledgeable! I appreciate the daily communication/updates throughout the short duration of time my jet ski was at the shop. Jim was very prompt and answered his phone within the 1st ring every time I called. Can't say enough good things about Jim, the owner of AZ Jet Ski. He's very friendly, generous with his time and encyclopedic knowledge of jet skis. Mine are pre-2004, so outside of the ski's he works on. Despite that, has been very generous with coaching me to make the repairs to get my ski's running. When the time comes that these ski's are outside my ability (or budget to fix), I'll look to buy the next pair from Jim. My experience has been affirmed by other jet skiers out on the water who also speak highly of Jim. Thank you AZ Jet Ski!

While it's the busy season, another ski shop who had worked on my ski's wouldn't give me the time of day. I called Jim and while he doesn't work on my model, he was super generous with his time and coaching so I could make the fix myself. He clearly knows a ton about jet skis. When the time comes that these ski's are outside my ability (or budget) to fix, I'll look to buy the next pair from Jim. My positive experience has been affirmed by other jet skiers out on the water who also speak highly of Jim. Take your business to Jim, he'll get you back on the water in no time.

I called Jim about doing some upgrades on my 650sx. He gave me a time estimate, I took the ski to him, and he was right on point with his estimate. He stayed in contact and did a great job! Definitely will be going to him again in the future!

Very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed a specific part for my Sea Doo and called all over town. Arizona Jet Ski was the only place that had what I needed in stock. I will definitely call them first next time for parts and service.
