I had my vehicle at the car dealership service center for 2 weeks without any progress, I took it to Arizona Auto Repair and they were able to get it repaired in 2 days.

Okay so I just now called and explain the problem with my vehicle and they were no help and they told me they couldn't get me in until the flolowing now I am apatient person but the way they seem to sounded in a tone like they didn't care to help . These reviews reviews seem like a lie to me now.

My needed new brakes installed on her car, and were greeted promptly at the time we arrived. Very honest work from them, most shops I've been to have always "found something else" or the "parts price changed" before they'd be done changing the price, but not here. We were allowed to wait in the waiting area while they were working on the car, All the staff was very personable and had some great conversation.Thanks.

Since I decided to wait on my car, they were nice enough to drive me to a nearby shopping center where a Starbucks was located. They even kept me updated throughout the day with the status of my car which I can appreciate. Once the work was done, they picked me up and brought me back to my car. What a relief it is to get a car back in fixed condition after struggling with bouts of hesitancy all day; BMW Center was all I knew up to that point. These guys were true professionals, respectful and thoroughly knowledgeable on all things BMW. It's refreshing to know there are still honest mechanics in this world. I would recommend these guys to anyone who's a BMW owner!
