If you have an issue with the manager, ask for the regional manager. This store has the lowest satisfaction rating in the state out of all of the Apple stores. Highly recommend you just pick a different one.

Overall experience was very unprofessional and inconvenient after spending one hour with Camille who during the time had a very poor attitude, was not helpful at all and was rude.

Made an appointment for repair, got the email/text confirmation, and yet they couldn’t find me when I arrived. After 45 minutes of waiting, it was finally determined by staff that repair can’t take place unless my data is erased, even though my phone is backed up. I came in to replace my camera and charging port, not lose years of memories. What a joke and waste of time.

Before buying anything directly from the Apple Store, just be aware that they have a 14 day return policy. You’re better off buying from Amazon

The store is at the end of the hall and completely transparent so it's hard to spot. Employees are great, the Apple Vision Pro demo is out of this world (literally). You get to visit Mt. Hood and walk on the moon, stand along the Oregon coast, and watch some of the most immersive videos you'll ever see.

Do you remember when Apple products used to be high quality and the software always worked? CarPlay is a joke. Apple needs to go back to their roots. Keep the product simple and reliable.

It was sooo awesome the staff were sooo nice and we tried out the Apple Vision Pro and the experience was awesome. If you sign up for a demo on the Apple Store app on iPhone then you select the time and show a qr code to the staff and they set you up! Awesome experience would recommend!

This is where I got myself an iPhone and it was ok but then I got MacBook which wasn’t charging so I had to come back then I was told to make an appointment so they can see what’s the problem (it was the cable but they said they must check), then I showed up after a few days and they said yes it’s a cable issue but we don’t have one we will call you in a few days to tell you it’s there so I am still waiting. What’s the point in buying a 1300$ MacBook and then having this headache? How come such a big store doesn’t have a simple cable? Why do I have to go there again for it? That’s frustrating, usually buying expensive Apple products was making me happy but not this time

I work in the mall and needed some wired headphones but I chose the wrong port but GREG helped and exchanged it for the correct one for my iPhone very helpful nice

There is a blind customer service Agent, his name is Adam or something with A, I really didn’t pay attention to his name, I was really surprised how smoothly he solved all our questions.Apple, you’ve got an “A+” on an example of inclusion.
