Brought in a Fleet Truck to have Air Bags added to rear suspension. Communication was excellent, via email and text updates. Pricing was very fair! This was the first place I found in my search, and I am happy I did. Will definitely be my future Custom shop for our 20+ Vehicle Fleet and my Personal Vehicles as well. Thanks for the great service. These guys do great work and stay true to their word. There was an extra charge on something that slipped through in the conversation and they were honorable and did not charge me for it. They do good work and are honest as well. Highly recommend. I got window tint, ceramic coating, and a wrap done.

Awesome service at Apex! They’ve helped me with a vinyl graphics inspiration I originally found online and installed it on my car flawlessly...including last minute change to a design I thought of on my drive to the appointment! They are real pros in all aspects considered such as paint, vinyl and detail. I had my carbon bits refinished by their paint pro and they honestly look better than new. Vinyl job was also proper and they took time to walk me through different price points, styles and brands instead of just letting me make a poor decision ;). Finally, paint correction and ceramic job are a cherry on top...Car has never looked better in the 3 years I’ve had it. Pricing is extremely competitive in comparison. Want a proper job done? Go Apex!!!

Apex Customs had excellent communication, Cassandra at the front desk was very helpful. They have excellent technology for keeping the communication up to date. Kevin did a thorough diagnostic and took time to show what was found and how it was found. Very upfront and honest. They could have come with a lower quote and then later suggested that other work should be done to prevent a future large additional expense, or even worse not ever make that recommendation potentially setting them up to receive another expensive repair in the future. But No, Apex Customs gave the correct recommendation right upfront, thereby allowing me to make my decision on who would do the work with all the information possible, a good sign of a confident shop that is confident in their quality, price, and recommendation. When they discovered an additional part needed to be replaced as well, they discounted the price of the other previously quoted parts to reduce the impact to total cost. I highly recommend Apex Customs for all of these reasons and Thank you Kevin for your quality work on my beloved Mustang.
