“Living at Cortland at Raven has been a blast so far. The leasing process was easy, convenient, and fast. Management is extremely kind, attentive, and willing to solve any issues that may arise. Upon moving in, the unit was extremely clean and appeared just as it did in the virtual tours. The amenities, trash valet, and gated community make the pricing more than worth it. We feel safe living here and love the close commute to many areas of the Valley. I highly recommend living at Cortland at Raven!”
“We love living here! The entire staff is great, the complex is well maintained. If we ever need to put in a maintenance request Darren is always on top of it and does a fantastic job!”

I am not familiar with the area and they let me know all of the things there are to do including 1st Friday’s; this is a prime location to be in for that event which I really like!”

“My boyfriend and I in April started searching for apartments in Phoenix. I wanted a safe, comfortable, and nice feeling apartment complex and we have found it in Elevation on Central! We looked at a couple apartments but this one just felt right immediately. Aaron at the leasing office met us for a tour and was so kind and informative. He showed us a place that was available later but was exactly what we were looking for. He made the whole application process so easy and nice! Overall, Aaron made the process of moving less stressful and more fun! We loved the layout and all the amazing amenities. It felts safe inside and outside the complex and felt like a great community. We moved in on June 5th and we have loved every minute of living here. Clean, comfortable, and amazing staff. We have had no problems here at all and are so happy to live here. So many places are close by to shop and eat and feels safe in the surrounding area as well. I will update this review in a couple months if anything changes but I feel that I won’t have to!
3 MONTH UPDATE!!!
We are so happy we chose Elevation! It’s been the best apartment complex I have lived in. Great community and staff! Maintenance comes in a timely manner and amenities are so nice!! Love being close to the downtown area and easy drive to surrounding cities. Neighbors are respectful, even with the pool you can barely hear anything even though we are right next to it. Overall we plan on staying here for a while! So happy to find a place we love living at finally!”

“I am very pleased with my experience at Roosevelt Square Apartments. These apartments are in the perfect location and are beautiful! Carlos has assisted me from the start and has been incredibly professional and helpful. He has explained everything very clearly and has let me know what my different options are. This has helped me to decide what type of unit would be good for me. He is also very friendly and easy to deal with.
I would also like to send a shout out for Michelle. I also dealt with her and she was very knowledgeable, friendly and really helpful!

“When I first moved in here almost four years ago I had only a plan to stay one year. The neighbor hood isn’t the best. And the place didn’t seem like they wanted to do anything to make the complex better. Then we got new owners and the management staff was way better and they started fixing and cleaning things around the complex I stayed because I could see the upward trend the management and owners were doing. I only left because I had an amazing opportunity where I am now only 5 minutes from work rather then 30.”

“Love living here, I prefer smaller communities vs the bigger ones. I enjoy how close this is to all the little coffee shops and restaurants, but it’s not too close where you get a lot of traffic. Staff are great as well, I’ve gotten to know them, the new people seem to care a lot more than previous places I’ve lived at. Every place has its own pros and cons but I honestly enjoy living here. The homeless situation around here isn’t to bad, I’ve seen the maintenance guy chase them off but they generally don’t try anything from what I’ve seen, and I feel safe. This place is better than my last 2 down town apartments, I’ll probably stick it out here for a while.”

“Love everything about this place! Victoria in leasing has been amazing and so helpful! We had a wonderful tour and fell in love with the community. Our move-in was seamless and our unit is immaculate. The amenities are expansive. The noise level is minimal and at night it is silent outside, which is definitely an added plus. We could not be happier with our decision to live at Greenspoint! ?
Update: We have fallen more in love with Greenspoint by the day! Love the security of the timed gates. Maintenance is kind and knowledgeable, pool toys and floats are provided on a daily basis, the pool furniture is brand-new, the dog park has just been completely renovated with new astroturf and a dog wash station, the package hub and gym are wonderful 24/7 amenities, the covered parking structures look new and are very sturdy, the landscaping company is respectful and does an amazing job with maintaining the property’s beauty, and the entire property is clean and well-maintained. We are so blessed to live at Greenspoint. ??”

“Great experience in the last couple of weeks living here. Fun activities hosted by management like movies by the pool and live music. The maintenance team is great! Quick response to any requests. On Wednesday after work the maintenance team member came to fix my A/C after-hours and stayed on the property an extra hour just to confirm the temperature in the apartment was going down ?? High-fives for everyone!”
