I would caution anyone thinking about using these movers. They were 3 hours late and showed up with a 16ft truck to move a 2 bedroom house which then took 2 loads and more time. I was quoted 2 men, I received 1 man and 2 boys. Furniture was damaged because no real care was taken in the handling of the items. My daughter and I made 7 trips with fully loaded SUVs and my sons made four trips with a small pick up truck because the movers didn't move everything...they simply just left it! I would not use them again nor would I recommend them to anyone. The pricing makes them inticing, but if you value your belongings, do NOT call Apartment Movers.

They were very very late at doing the job. I was promised a morning move and they arrived at 3 pm. If I hadn't called the office TWICE to see what was going on I would not have known when to expect them. The movers were an adult and two kids. The kids not only didn't know what they were doing but dragged some of my stuff on the ground rather than picking it up. One piece had slight damage. Do NOT use them!

Please do your research and TRUST THE REVIEWS. I tried to cancel after reading these reviews and Amy asked me to please give them a chance. So I did and it was a huge mistake. I had a 7am-10am arrival window for my 1 bedroom apartment move. At 9:45 Eric called to say they were finishing up in about 15 minutes and were only 15 minutes away from me. They didn't show up until 2 hours later at 11:45. There was no hustle or sense of urgency by Eric or the kid with him. I ended up helping move my boxes down stairs. They charge you hourly and then take their time. I had to leave to meet maintenance at my new condo and the movers didn't get to my new place (which was 17 minutes away) until 4 and a half hours after they started. Then I helped them unload too. I was overcharged by A LOT! I did get a partial refund from someone higher up, but it still didn't make up for being over charged and all the other issues from that day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I wish I'd seen these reviews before hiring a mover. I was scheduled for 2-4 in the afternoon. They showed up at 11:45 that night and didn't complete the move until well into the next day. My friend and I kept thinking it was some kind of bad joke. It wasn't. It was bad reality.

My appointment was on a Wednesday between one and three. They called to say they would be running late. At four I called them and asked for an update. They estimated around 7:00. From there I called every hour or two. Each time they promised it would be about 30 minutes. At the time I'm writing this review it is 1030 at night. I'm still not sure if they're showing up or not. The last time we spoke, they asured me it would be another 30 minutes.

STAY AWAY PLEASE!!!!! Negative Stars!!! Only one mover moved us ,was promised two. We had to be out that day so we had to help the mover move. So needless to say we paid for a moving buddy. When I contacted the office for some type of compensation they were not helpful . The mover that did help showed back up at my house a few days later at 10pm asking what he could do to fix the situation because the moving company wanted to take it out of his pocket. They never rectified the situation.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I wish I could give this company zero stars!! STAY AWAY!! First off I was quoted a time frame window 12-5pm. But when I'm called at 2:15 by the driver stating he was an hour away via navigation, I would expect the driver to be here by that hour. I called him at 3:15 and he stated he was 20 minutes away. At 4:45 I called customer service and spoke to a representative named Michael who was the rudest customer service rep I've ever spoke too. (And that's coming from someone who works in customer service industry, so that should say something.) He continued to tell me the driver still has time to get there and that it was before my time frame window. The rep then called the driver and stated he was 15-20 minutes away from me. I was on the phone with the rep making excuses stating he doesn't have nagivation on the trucks and the driver must have miscommunicated where he was at. All in all the rep was no help stating he was a supervisor and that his boss named Mill wasn't going to be able to help either. Unreliable rudest company!! As I was leaving my apartments at 6:10pm the driver showed up -- complete waste of my time. Words of advice people, stay far away from this company. I had to find another moving company last minute to move me.

This was the worse move ever!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Corporate all the way down to the movers have this set up to over charge the customer! I have used movers several times and this is the worst I've ever experienced. They use smaller trucks, they do not use the ramp nor use the dolly as often as they should therefore scratched a lot of my oak furniture and only God knows what else.The main guy dropped a box clearly marked fragile and we all heard glass break! I told the office so many times what items I was moving and called many timed to make sure that they would not overcharge but they fixed it so that they had to make two trips with all the heavy things left behind knowing that I had no choice but to pay for the extra time. I also had two young men from my church there and they helped these two movers without getting paid! theh also moved slowly, had attitudes, and when I called the staff they yelled at me and stood by the gentleman side after they spoke privately with him and in spanish (i am Mexican American too but dont speak spanish). Also nobody knew what the extra charges would be and they did not work with me as they promised they would for a lower over charge. I am very disappointed. If I did not have to give a star to write my experience I would give 0 stars to this company and of course I will never use them again!!!!!!

Gash please don't use this moving company, they are changing whatever schedule you have with them, at the end they even told me that they change my schedule for next week. They lie a lot I realy have a real bad experience with them, I don't recommend to anyone. I am sure they will be out of the market very soon.

management is the worst. I was delayed 8 hours, and each time the manager tells me wait half an hour and so on. They might seem a bit friendly, but they handle furniture a bit too rough. my wall was slightly damaged, and me sofa's leather got ripped slightly. I won't use it again because of the poor management and schedules.

Don't use this company!! Unless you want everything you own ruined. Showed up 3.5 hours late and threw everything on top of my brand new leather furniture. They outsource to different people with trucks. WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!! ERIK REY is one of the people who sent 2 kids and a 12 foot truck to move a house full , they had to make 3 trips. ..... NEVER USE HIM!!

Made an appointment to move from phx to Tucson. I was scheduled to moved at 7 am. Levi the manager called at 8 am to tell me they got a flat tire and would run an hour late. Around 9 he called again that he would be there in a couple hours. He called me back at 12 noon and said again that he would be there a little over an hour. It 2 pm already and no call yet. Around 3 pm he called and said he's sending someone over already. They showed up at 4 pm with a pick up truck and a trailer. Too small for my stuff that I told them I'm gonna be moving. The driver didn't even know the plan that I am moving to Tucson which is 2 hours away and that we're doing 2 stops. So he refused to start the move. He said he will call his boss which is Levi but he's not answering. I called their company office and said what happened. I told them I just want my deposit back because they broke their contract with me. My husband missed his work and I'm about to go to labor because of stress. Their office said they will call me at 6 pm. 6:05 pm I called their office but it's closed already. Called Levi but no answer. Next day they kept calling me what time they should come To start moving. Why would I trust them to move my stuff? Very frustrating and unprofessional. If you don't want to mistreated don't use this company at all. They were calling me like nothing was happened the night before. They said they can't give my money back and has to work it out. But the contract states I was supposed to move Friday June 27, 2015 at 7 am. Because this move will take the whole day since it's a 2 hours drive to Tucson. I would report this to BBB and attorney general.
