“Neat store but they charge a fee to use a credit card . I had about $70 worth of items and they wanted to put a $3 fee on top of that. I have shopped there a couple other times over the years without this being an issue. Other stores in that strip mall did not charge a fee for purchases of significantly less. I have asked my credit card company about these fees in the past and they said it is unethical. Stores should price their items at appropriate prices to cover their costs instead of adding a fee. Not sure that I will bother shopping there again or not as I rarely have cash and will likely forget to stop at an ATM. Plenty of competition that doesn't slap on fees.”

“Bill is the most Excellent, & Knowledgeable person in this field. We took my mom's Howard Miller Jennison (612-221), & my Howard Miller Daniel (620-232) wall clocks in for repair. The 2 clocks needed a serious amount of work, between mom's clock that couldn't be silenced, & my clock that fell off of the wall & was in pieces. They both were repaired, & got serviced for a great price. We now have our 3rd clock in for repair, & it is a family heirloom mantle clock that is almost 100 years old. We can't wait to see what "Binks" looks like after it's overhaul. Thanks again for your service.”

I believe there is something for everyone. The store is huge, therefore, allow yourself enough time to see everything available. 15 minutes won't be enough.
