I wish I would have read these reviews before wasting my money. As with everyone else, the exterior was washed fine. I paid extra to have the leather treated as well. After waiting about an hour, I was thinking my car would be really clean. I tipped very well as she handed over the keys. The interior looked like it wasn't touched. I'm sure it wasn't. I wasted a total of $85 on nothing. They also forgot to put the passenger side floor mats in so I'm out the cost of new ones. Smh

Stay away…Caught them wiping down my black car in the full AZ midday July sun (poorly parked under their sun shade) with no intelligence of a hot black dry car being wiped and spray waxed.

Outside of the car was clean but the inside looked like nothing was done to it. I had originally went to get it hand washed because I had a child throw up in the back seat and they left it there. Cup holders weren’t cleaned or inside wasn’t wiped down. Terrible job for the crew working on interior. Cobblestone down the street does a better job and cheaper.

The quality of the car wash has gotten worse every time I go. I tried giving the benefit of the doubt, voicing my displeasure with the wipe down and vacuum of the car yet still the interior is almost always left needing TLC that I have to give it. The outside wash is almost always done well.
The pics below are from a wash where I specifically asked that the seats be vacuumed and the cup holders be wiped down.
I’d be curious if new management entered here at some point in the last few months because as I said, the washes used to be done well.

I used to got all the time. They do a decent job with the outside, but inside none of the floor mats were cleaned. They are now charging $25 for trash which is a little outrageous. All of my trash is collected into a car trash can which can be easily removed in 2 seconds. At the bare minimum let me know trash must be removed prior. That said, they didn’t let me know. So they chose not to empty any of the trash and not vacuum the car or trunk area. I am never one to leave poor reviews, but my gosh. I paid for their top tier car wash and got not what I paid for. Very sad, because I love supporting them, but holy cow. Never going back. This has happened to often

Service is getting longer and quality is getting worse. For the most money spent on cleaning cars, it actually isnt worth the money. There were obvious smudges on the interior wasn’t clean. I was very disappointed… I wish more hand car washes open near this area. Thanks for making me dread for 2 hours seeing these awful results

I like this place a lot. It is expensive if you have a bigger vehicle but it's like a detail job. Plan on you vehicle being tied up for at least an hour but likely 2. This place spends the time to make it look as good as possible so be prepared. I go next door to Harvey's and get a burger.

Been going here for 5 years and the quality has went way down and the prices way up! Had an issue with the detail they did not put into cleaning my vehicle for $120. They did not vacuum under seats, inside door jams left dirty, uneven tire shine, dirty cup holders, dirty windows, smudged dashboard, just to name a few. I brought it to the attention of the cashier and then the owner wanted to talk to me and show him. I had lunch next door while waiting on car and he was there at the bar drinking, he obviously had been drinking when we met. He was argumentative saying I did not pay for a detail job, I let him know I paid $80 plus $24 tip and additional $40 seat treatment for something I could do better myself for $20. He then wanted to hand me the rag to do it myself. The glass guy stepped in and made it right. I do not know what’s going on here, it’s not what it was ;(.

I had the worst experience right now I took my car to get it clean and my husband asked one of the lady’s that’s work there how much it cost to get a little scratch that was in front of the bumper and another lady came and was talking to my husband and she was saying that it was like 35 for that little scratch so they can buff it out . My car is big it’s a x5 and we were asking what does it come with if they do leather shining or anything like that she said Noj in a rude way and she was saying oh, read the sign that we have their we can do so, mind you it doesn’t come with leather signing or doing the wheels or anything like that, so it was kind of pricey for it And then I come up and I speak to my husband and she tells me to read the sign she said it really rude the way she was speaking to us and I was telling her that I don’t care what the sign says as long you guys don’t ruin the car with the Buffing we are OK and she got mad. She erase everything and she was like well then don’t do it we’re not gonna do anything leave. she was very rude. I will never go again there. They lost a A customer. I’m been going there for so long so many years they should not hire people like that if they don’t know how to speak to a customer I am very disappointed ?
