I haven’t been seen I only went in to make an appointment an ask if they take my insurance and the girl in the front with glasses looked at me if I asked a stupid question every question I asked or tried to talk with her was very short with me rude answered non of my questions but made the appointment for next week, seeing the reviews I may just cancel I’m tired of the front office antics if it starts there I’m sure it goes beyond that , sincerely Discriminated and disappointed. I called to canceled and told them why they didn’t care I made the right decision front office sucks that’s what I saw first to help make my decision. ZERO stars

I was pleasantly surprised by how professional and awesome this location was. My eye tech, Ana, was super nice and explained everything patiently. I had never heard of a digital eye exam before and didn't know what to expect. Ana made the process easy and it was surprisingly exactly the same as a regular in person exam. The doctor who did my digital exam was patient and very nice as well. I was in and out in a timely manner. The lady at the desk was also very nice and helpful, but I didn't catch her name. All in all, I absolutely recommend using this eye center! Great experience!

Do not come to this location! First of all how can someone possibly do a virtual eye exam? Second of all as soon as I walked in and asked about the virtual appointment the man at the front was extremely rude. Then I go to do the appointment & the man continued with his horrible attitude and then they say they have to cancel because I didn’t pass an eye test and I have to reschedule for an on sight doctor. I then ask when will there be on and nobody knew! Isn’t it their job to know when the doctor will be coming in? The experience was unprofessional and horrible. I wasted an hour for nothing!

Yesterday’s visit was much more pleasant. The young man at the front needs more customer service training. You don’t just hang a patient a tablet and not even explain what the purpose of that tablet is and what you are supposed to do with it.

Sat here for an hour and a 1/2 and waited for nothing just to be turned away and have my appointment canceled for technical difficulties. And then told there's nothing available for over a week with the "actual"doctor. Don't come here!

The only decent part of the 1.5 hours spent there was the associate who helped me check out. The associates had poor moods and the waiting room was filled from the noise of other people's phonesDr. Ahmed Ibrahim is the worst part. He exclaimed that my issue was a side effect of the medications taken, which I had reviewed. After asking him what medications, he lied and stated there was a list (I never have been on medications for as long as I used their company). When I asked to see the list (on his computer) he would not show it and said he would delete it.

I am not sure about the doctor service but I wanted to come here and say that Josh who answered my call to schedule an appointment was beyond nice and helpful. He helped me get a fast appointment and find my new eye insurance information. Thank you Josh.

I came in with my sons RX for glasses to buy the 2 for $90/100. My son picked two pairs that should’ve been $100. One pair was $99 and the other marked $89. I was charged $153 ???? Didn’t add anything but lenses and frames ?? The eye exam was done somewhere else but don’t think I should pay 50% more than anticipated?? Alondra rang us up, when I gave her my sons insurance, she refused to run it, first asking for the info, then saying the insurance vendor won’t let me speak to them bc I’m not the insured. She didn’t even call. So I said I’d just do the two for deal, and was overcharged.UPDATE - Spoke with the manager / district manager and he made apologies and fixed my overcharge issue. He made everything right and I am happy with the resolution he helped with. I will plan to return and plan ahead to just do the whole deal at the store instead of bringing in a Rx and make things harder to deal with initially.

Don't normally do this but Michelle at the 35th Ave and Southern store was great at helping me.She listened to my tale of woe from a different eye glass establishment. Right away she took my frustration away and replaced it with confidence in her.I feel she went above and beyond what one expects from this type of business.I would highly recommended anyone that wants service that I experienced to come down and ask for Michelle.Tell her Joe sent me.
