The associates never placed the order for my glasses. I called to inquire and was advised they have a manager call me to address the matter. This call was never received. I’ll likely be going to a new provider if I don’t hear from them by the end of this week. (Insured Customer)

Everytime I'm told what the next steps will be I'm blindsided by either being lied to or overcharged. I would not suggest anyone go to any Americas best unless it's the only option. They will absolutely try and take advantage of their customers.

I went in to fix my son's glasses. A screw came off and the arm fell off. The entire staff was nice and they helped me repair the arm.

I love how i walk in store and they made feel welcome i had my glasses real broken and they help me Megan and her coworker was real helpful and didnt charge me for fixing my sun glasses and just ask for a review real customer service there

I've gotten my wife's and sons glasses from here. The folks who work there are always nice and take care of us in a timely manner. If we've had any issues with the glasses, they are prompt to fix it. Usually only took about a week to get the glasses back. I need to get mine done next so I will definitely go back.

There is not a bad experience, I went to get my glasses and they were the same, they did not have magnification and now I have to wait for another appointment for another exam and wait again for them to call me when the glasses are ready!!!!!

Don't eve come to this place, not polite for no reason, in areal world every Medical, Vision, Dental, is 15 minutes grace waiting time I was 10 minutes late due to an accident in teh freeway, and Nicole was training another front ladie, and ask me to wait, make me 12 minutes late, and they she said I got.to ask the Dr if still can see , she said no, and Nicole said the waiting time is for Drs Call and this is Dr. DESAL SANAI, I hope she's not the owner ans America's Best Contacts and Eyeglasses can talk to her otherwise they would torture down every late patients away, Not a Good Bussines person. But for sure I'm not Coming here and any other Amercias Best this is 2nd bad experience my daughter has really bad experience at the Awhatukee location... AMRLERICAN BEST CK YOUR DRS AND STAFF WITH THIS COUSTUMER SEFVICE WILL NOT GET THAT FAR ON BUSSINES. LH.

The staff was great , I had an issue with my glasses Jennifer assured my that it would be corrected She certainly knows what customer service means. Kelli and Jackie were wonderful to work with , Jackie helped me select the best color for my lens. Kelli made sure that I got an appointment asap Jennifer was able to wave my example to assure me that my new grasses would be perfect. Thanks so much to all of you Barbara Patterson Monroe

The first question to address is, would I recommend America's Best Laveen location? Absolutely, and here's why. Every single experience I encountered from Nicole at the front desk who warmly greeted me to Jonathan's preliminary testing with a friendly chairside manner and great conversation. It didn't stop there. The staff showed courtesy and respect to coworkers as well. My exam was briefly interrupted by a staff member who knocked on the door and requested assistance. While Jonathan aided staff, she completed my eye pressure exam. That's teamwork. Dr. Banfield was amazing. She explained elements of exams that no one had cared to and even showed me pictures reflecting the health of my eyes...Wow! Last and not least was Nicole, the very personable young lady who checked me out. Nicole explained every aspect of my insurance coverage and final bill, not to mention savings that I benefitted from. America's Best had a surprisingly great selection of eyeglass frames, and they were responsibly priced. I absolutely recommend the Laveen location America's Best.
