Delivery time is not as promised, I order my glasses by Nov. 3 and were supposed to be ready by Nov. 13 as latest, we are now Nov. 16 and they are not able to tell me when it will be available for pick up, in the meantime I'll keep having strong headaches....

Well I paid for my glasses 8/23/23. I received them a little over 2 weeks later. The first week I got them one of my lens fell out. Since I don't live close to where I purchased my eyewear. I simply popped the lens back in. But a week later the lens fell out again while I was cleaning them. This time I took them in to be fixed by what I believed were Professionals. They claimed to had fixed the problem on the spot with some type of micro screwdriver, I think. Within 3 days the other lens popped out. I took them "ALL THE BACK TO THEE ORIGINAL PLACE OF PURCHASE". By now you can tell ImCompletely over this place. They claim the name Americans Best but they are far from it. I definitely won't be giving them any further buisness. Unless they plan on giving me a prepaid fuel card for my troubles, ijs. This has been very inconvenient for me. To make things worst. Now I have to wait another 2 week for them to get me supposedly new ones. This is totally unacceptable. Stay away from this company if you know whats best

I was able to setup an appointment online. It was easy to use and there were plenty of available dates and times. I showed up to my appointment a few minutes early and they got me in right away. I was able to find several frames that I like. They had a lot of frames to choose from. They also had frames in every price range. I was able to get new frames and progressive lenses for a good price. I was told my new glasses would arrive within a week. They actually arrived in 4 days. All the staff was nice and friendly. They were not pushy and did not try to add on any extras throughout the entire process. I would recommend going to Americas Best for your glasses. I will return again.

I had a pretty normal and pleasant experience. The technician who did my eye exam was very sweet and answered and questions I had since I had never had an exam done before. Then, the doctor there was very kind and helpful when explaining things. It was a quick and easy process I was probably there less than an hour. Everyone was normal and nice from my experience. Now I'm just waiting on a call to pick up my glasses!

Doctors and staff in back doing tests are great. But why do the front of store ladies always have to be so rude, cold and act like they don’t care? Sucks to have to experience such negative people right when we get there and right when we leave.

Lifetime glasses wearer here. This was the fastest most reasonably priced place I have ever been. The staff here is ON THE BALL. One of them even suggested I don't buy polarized glasses for flight school?! After reading the FAA's guidelines on lens types (which I didn't even know was a thing) my mind was blown. Sorry this was a month late! You gals rock! Keep up the hard work.

My first few interactions with this location were okay, more specifically want to highlight the males that helped each time.. always super kind, helpful, and patient. Now since my experience with glasses was going well decided to try contacts, which were new to me but something I was really looking forward to. My experience trying to find the best contacts for me was the most horrible thing I’ve ever experienced in any service. The lack of care/empathy from the staff; from the doctor, to the receptionist, to the assistant umanager HORRIBLE. After trying to explain how I felt my concerns were dismissed by the doctor (she changed my prescription without mentioning it from the same in both eyes to one different so I was literally wearing my contacts on the wrong eyes and didn’t know.. makes sense now because they were so uncomfortable) I was literally laughed at by the assistant manager which is crazy like at least pretend to care and laugh once you get off the phone?? This was after I had to call back a week later after being told by the receptionist I would receive a call back the following day when I originally called. At this point I no longer feel comfortable to continue to trust these people with my eyes and will make sure I warn others about this location as well. I hope this is amusing to your staff as well!

Extremely disappointed. I attempted to schedule an eye exam last week but no day was available since there wasnt doctor that would be at the location to complete the exam. I had to push my appointment a week out, frustrating but not a big deal. But then the day before my exam, I received an email that my exam was canceled without any explanation. When I called to get clarification, they advised they will not have a doctor in tomorrow and that I would have to reschedule. I have come here in the past but never had such an issue with a doctor not being available. And being a person that has to wear contacts/glasses it's stressful when you're on your last pair of contacts. Looks like it's time to find a new eye doctor.

Several problems with this business. The employees are very nice, but their recommendations need to be double checked. I specifically asked for a pair of glasses for exercise and a pair for work. Both needed to be useable in heavy computer monitor exposure and in digital meetings. They did an eye exam. Up sold me to a non covered pre diabetic test. The optician messed up during the eye exam. The front desk people entered my birthdate incorrectly. I had to go back and redo my exam. They ordered my glasses that they helped me pick out. I did like the style, and the employees were nice. They were either under trained or overworked because my lenses have no eye protection coating and no anti glare. I went to order my own glasses and they wouldn't provide it over the phone or email through a record request. They offered to fax it to me. Their stock is down and their ratings are low for a reason. This wouldn't even be a good business model in 2013 let alone 2023. I will avoid this location going forward.

Not even 1 star. I have only had problems with this company. It took 3 times to get my prescription right. They ordered my contacts 10 days after they told me they would. Now almost 6months later when Icall another company for contacts they decline my prescription saying it was expired. I called and asked how could it be expired it expires in July of 2023. Now I have to start the process again. What a waste of time.Pure incompetence. Do not use this company. Very very bad.

I love the staff super friendly and helpful. I love the glass selection and the pricing was perfect for my budget. They treated me very well. I will definitely be back . All aspects of my visit were amazing
