You will spend hours waiting, believe the reviews. I waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment for an eye exam before anyone even acknowledged the long wait. It was almost an hour and half before the optometrist even called me in. After my exam I looked for the pile of glasses that took me 20 minutes to pick out and had given to the manager to save behind the counter. All of them had already been replaced back on the wall displays. I then took my prescription and left. All told, if I had stayed, reselected and purchased glasses, then I easily would have been there over three hours for a 10 minute exam and maybe 20 minute purchase. Should have read the reviews before I booked an appointment.

Amazing staff, super helpful, and clean store. Felt comfortable and not pressured in any way, for anything. They were very on top of things as well when I got my eye exam, and my doctor was super nice. She made sure I was all set before leaving and went over everything throughly. I was hesitant on finding a new eye exam doctor/facility, but I am beyond glad I found them. Thank you so much!!:>

My RX was wrong. I tried telling that to management and was told to "keep wearing them to adjust". Which, ok... I get but it was beyond "adjusting" to and I tried telling them that.I was pretty much written off and sent on my way.Ended up going to the Thunderbird location and was told my RX was TOO HIGH.Shocker... not.Now I have to wait another week for new lenses.Glad I got it taken care of.I knew it was more than just an adjustment. They really didn't listen to me as a customer. And that's disappointing considering I paid 400$ for my glasses.Will be going to T-bird location only.

Always helpful and good prices I live in ny now and still call and order bc they take care of it now hassle so far no problems and good deals till I find a better i will refer

I would not recommend going to this location . This has been the 2nd time I have had a bad experience and will not return .... at todays vist not only did the Optometrist show up an 1.5 after my scheduled appt (according to the office managers comments and mockery because he can't keep his head on straight after that had just told him which location he was working he still went to the incorrect one) I was then given a so called eye exam by him ... and apparently because he now had a full waiting room he just guessed what my script should be. I have been getting eye exams for over 30 yrs amd know what an exam intells he never even told me what my script was ...2ndly There computer systems were down which meant I was not able to even get the contacts and was not even given an option to try them on as I have at every exam I have ever had. Lastley the office manager Xavier was extremely unprofessional and was more concerned about the food he was ordering for lunch and wether or not he should also order ice cream than he was concerned about the office full of patients. I will be contacting my insurance carrier to file a complaint against this location and the provider.

I went in for my appointment, it was really fast and the dr only asked me which slide i can see better twice. usually takes more time than that and i thought my glasses were fine till i started noticing i can't see. my vision is blurry and i cannot see things clearly. i have been wearing glasses since grade school NEVER had this issue before.

Will definitely not be going back. Got told I have astigmatism was given no information about it or any resources to do my own research, was given a prescription for glasses wasn’t told how offten I needed to wear them or what they we’re supposed to improve. Tried them for two weeks didn’t help with distance witch was the main problem I was having went back in was told I had 20-20 vision and to get more rest and eye drops. I do not recommend going there spend the money and go somewhere else I definitely will be

Everyone at this place are wonderful people. I ride a motorcycle, so my vision is incredibly important. I walked in with my helmet and a broken pair of glasses. They fixed them for free without any questions. Ray is the man! I won't go anywhere else.

Make sure they get your prescription right. Ask the doctor to double check. My eye exam was wonderful but I was given the wrong prescription. Ordered 3 pairs of glasses from Zenni optical (way cheaper BTW), waited two weeks, just for me to not be able to use the glasses I ordered. Zenni said the lenses matched the prescription I was given.Called twice to let America’s Best know what happened. They told me they did get the prescription wrong. They told me they could not repair the lenses/prescription cause I didn’t buy the frames from them. Was told I’d get a call back next day, did not receive a call so I called. Then was told I’d get a call back the following Monday. It’s been over a week. I gave them a chance to fix it, I should not have to call over and over for them to fix it. I never received a call, an offer for reimbursement, or a solution, and I am still without glasses. I had to pay out of pocket for new glasses because of their mistake. I could not wait anymore, I need glasses. I’m not interested in fixing it anymore. I won’t be back.

Angela was amazing! She was so helpful and knowledgeable on oh, EVERYTHING. She was able to get my husband and I the best prices and was a ninja at working with our insurance. She needs an award, a raise and a big pat on the back.Thank you!

Xavier was a great help to me when I was getting my glasses. It was my first time getting 2 pairs, one with transitions & one with glare & blue light blocking. He was able to help me get the best price using my insurance while also helping me get exactly what I wanted. I’ve been going to this location for the last 4 years or so & I have always had a wonderful experience. The customer service is awesome & everyone there is so friendly. I always recommend them to anyone I know looking for contacts or glasses.

RAY IS AWESOME! I stopped in to see if I could have someone help with my frames. The bottom right of the lens frame was warped, and the left arm hinge and screw were loose and bent. I was just out of warranty and full prepared to purchase the same frames and swap the lenses. Ray took them and got to work. Reshaped the frame with the heater and fixed the hinge and screw. After a few minutes, cleaned them up and handed them back to me. "I've extended their life" he said. Thank you so much for caring and taking the time to provide excellent customer service.
