I never leave reviews but I went in for a consultation and everyone was amazing, such kind people, I felt so comfortable! I was in and out quickly! I got the 2 glasses for $79 and it’s such a good deal too, they didn’t pressure me into getting anything else I didn’t want or try to sell me the more expensive packages which was also amazing. Overall a great experience.

The store is horrible. The staff are rude, condescending and listen in on private medical discussions. I complained to the district manager and he, Michael Cook, justified the unprofessional behavior rather than apologize for it.I wish I would have read the views before going here. Now I can see where there's dozens of one star reviews. The management encourages type of rude behavior

Had trouble getting follow scheduled and actually be seen. Thank you Terry for helping me today get one scheduled to closer to where I live. Just easier than repeatedly being scheduled to come back during rush hour and out of my way. Thanks again for your help and courtesy.

We went to get my wife the $79 deal because she just needed some cheap glasses to drive. Showed up at our scheduled appointment and got in to see the doc within about 10 minutes. Doctor was very friendly and did a thorough exam. We went back to the font desk to get the glasses. My wife chose 2 pair, and the assistant promptly entered in the prescription and the frames. I was totally expecting an upsell, scratch resistant, tinted, whatever.....none of that, no pressure or arm twisting selling. A very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend.

A very bad experience for me at this location. I'm looking for the corporate number as well, but the manager and assistant manager there are in need of training. I went in with a voucher for safety glasses and left without the glasses and paying $60 for a script even though I have full vision insurance that covers exams. I explained that to both managers several times but they seem to be more concerned with money. I asked for a refund but wasn't answered. Getting what I need should not be this difficult and without greed. Will never go back again!

I went yesterday for my girlfriend because one of her contacts ripped. Went there paid $47 for the contacts, service was great I cannot remember her name, but she was amazing! So today I went to Wendy's on my way to work and my card declined. I was very confused because I know had enough money for my food. I checked my account and America's Best charged me TWICE for only one set of contacts. I called them and was approached by a very rude manager name Mike. I explained to him what was going on and he said there's nothing they can do about it, because supposedly in their system I was only charged once. So I had to call my bank and dispute it, because they didn't wanna lose $47 and because THEY charged my card twice. The front desk lady was kinda rude, but the lady that helped my girlfriend get her contacts was very friendly! I have an appointment coming up for my exam and I'm going to pay in cash just to avoid this for next time. Whoever Mike is the manager was very nasty and I hung up on him, because his attitude was so nonchalant when it was THEIR fault and I just wanted my money back. I disputed it with my bank and that's that.

I have been going to this place for many years and Im usually pretty satisfied with the service. I want to give a shout out to Ashley that helped us when we were checking out and ordering our glasses and contacts. Really appreciated her diligence and hard work. Great customer service! Not sure why we come back when there's been so many issues over the years. My daughter and I both got contacts that were not even the right prescription over a year ago. I came back multiple times to get the prescription corrected and it never was correctted to where things were not blurry. Then today we come in got her 6 mins before our appointment and that was an hour ago. We are still waiting to just been seen by the doctor. When I asked why it is so far behind all I was told was sorry we had 2 people all out. I get people call out and that's not something you can control from day to day but what does that have to do with the doctor actually being on time. I'm very disappointed in the wait times always being so long and past our scheduled appointment time. We have jobs to get to as well which we are now behind on getting to our own o s because of the lack of being able to stick to appointment times. Why have people schedule an appointment if you can't stick to the schedule.

Poor customer serviceCane to pick up my glasses and there was only one person helping customers.Had to wait for almost 1 he. Poor staff management. As they all went to lunch at same time. No sense of urgency. Lack of communication to waiting customers.Not recommended.

Got an email the morning of the appointment, which I confirmed. Drove the hour to get there for the 9:40am appointment. The girl at the front desk said "Oh, we were going to call you. Our doctor called in sick". Nice. Will never try them again.

The lady that first gets us checked in was great! She was great with the kids and helpful in getting the initial eye checks completed in a timely manner. I am very frustrated and disappointed with the wait time and lack of appointment accountability. The doctor was over an hour late passed our appointment times. We have been coming here for years and do not appropriate the lack of respect for our time even though appointments were scheduled appropriately. Very dissatisfied.
