I'm a Ex navy veteran. I'm a post 1 member. I will not support this post in future until they make changes to their bartenders. Very rude and nasty. I'm in my mid fifties I get judged and watched for everything I say and do from Lefty x convict and purple hair women bartenders that have no respect for the older generation who served.

I love being a Member in Good Standing, Sons of The American Legion especially at the Historic Post 1! It's like being in a bar before all the restrictions. Members at Post 1 enjoy great food, great drink prices, live music, car shows, off track betting, slot machines and smoking in the bar. I don't smoke and Post 1 has an air cleaning system that works great!

I have never been to any American Legion Post before. And it was very chill. Very relaxed and laid back. I had a nice time. Would and will def go back again. The ONLY downfall was the cost of the bottled beer. Expensive... :(

Bartenders are awesome, although they could b tipped better , the make good strong drinks w/out a long wait even when they r packed & Jannette is the best she always has a great attitude

I was a 5-year employee at post#1. Can I ask that if you folks visit post#1 that you give a show of appreciation to Bartender Kristen, to members Pepsi Mike and to Franks Kitchen operator Frank SOLAREZ. They are 3 of the best folks there and demonstrate what a post should represent. . The food at Franks is just like homemade & very fairly priced. Can I ask for your prayers for office staff Linda West & Ron Bergtson prayers they find the meaning of [grace]. I assure you they need all the soul searching possible. Bless you all & visit the place soon.

I just want to thank this post for the honor guard for my Brother's funeral back in 1993. They did a great job and gave some comfort to our family. It meant so much to us.

Both my parents were involved with the American Legion and I played American Legion baseball. I was invited to this American Legion as a guest and the staff was wonderful. I felt welcomed and Kristine was so accommodating.

Had a fun time there was a wonderful mixture ethnic groups Everybody sang songs danced drink prices were reasonable What was really great is they had alot more activities to offer patrons such as Slot machines, pool table several tv with movies sports, horse & dog races to bet on nice stage, room to move around Plus you are allowed smoke they offer packs or single smokes for sell if you run out. What I really enjoyed is all the military items & memorabilia from every armed military branch displayed with honor & respect It was wonderful feeling being so welcomed & a part of this great place!!
