Emma is great! Always on time and professional. She does exactly what I ask for and will make suggestions if she feels something might work better. My retention is always at least two weeks! Front desk girls are always sweet and helpful. I highly recommend this desert ridge location.

I had a scheduled first visit, but walked out shortly after checking in because the 2 check in girls and my technician were whispering and giggling to each other while I was filling in the new patient paper work. I tired to be patient, until I hear "she is over there" (I was only one in the waiting area) and realized they were talking about me! I called them out on this, and they said that the technician was ready early, hence why they were waiting/talking. I tried to explain why, as a customer about to have aesthetic services bag this would be concerning. This was met by blank stares. I kindly cancelled my appointment, and left.

Absolutely love Dee at the front and Nicole is my favorite lash lady! Tried another spot in Scottsdale quarter (you know who you are Le'Lash)...and had to return to Amazing Lash to fix the awful job of the other place. I get tons of compliments and they always do whatever I would like. Very flexible with my busy schedule. The other reviews do not do this place justice.

I have made two appointments with the Desert Ridge location and each time I have showed up 15 minutes early for my appointments (as suggested). I have waited 30 minutes before anyone has appeared to talk to me and have then been told that the stylist I have booked with has called out for the day. Before making my appointments, I read all the reviews and was very thoughtful with which stylist I booked with. I received 3 emails and 3 text messages confirming and reminding me about my latest appointment. On the morning of this last booked appointment, I was texted a reminder at 6:40am. So sad.

I have tried for months to cancel my subscription to Amazing Lashes, but they won't cancel it. Twice I did everything you need o do to cancel. I called to cancel. They say you need to fill a form out to cancel, so they emailed the form. I filled form out and emailed it to the email address on the form. I have done that twice now and still received another auto payment. I will dispute the bill again with my bank. I started trying to cancel in November 2023. It is now May 2024 and they still keep billing me. Do not ever sign a subscription with these people.

Imagine waking up everyday and looking incredible. Just think about that. You don't even need to put on makeup. Not only is that a time saver, but also, people will be jealous of you. And think you are just blessed with great genes. It's worth it. Don't hesitate. Also, I love Tiffany. She's so nice.

Transaction dispute of a double charge AND 5 monthly membership charges not rectified. Was told by a manager she needs to speak to the owner for the double charge, have not heard from them and this has been an issue since 12/2023. Signed up for a membership on first visit on 12/14 (this where I was charged twice, the worker said my first card didn't go through & it actually did. Sent proof of processed payment in to be refunded). Went in for a 2 week refill on 12/28 and was told I did not have an active membership and paid $79.99 for the refill service. I have now been charged 5 months for an active membership and on the card that I paid with for the 12/28 visit! I signed up on 12/14 with a total different card then the 12/28 visit was told I needed to pay non-membership price for because I didn't have an active membership. The card used for the 12/28 service is the card they have been charging for a monthly membership. That specific 12/28 visit is where they told me no active membership and charged me full price and then proceeded to USE that card for a monthly membership. How ridiculous!

I walked in for a brow tint and they were able to get me in right away. The staff were efficient. The girl that did my eyebrows was very friendly. The only thing I was disappointed with was my brows were way too dark. I was told she was going to use a light brown, I am a blonde and my eyebrow hair is mostly blonde, but they ended up very close to black. It was quite a change and way darker than I'm used to. She did admit that she wasn't super familiar with the new tint they had. I wish she would have erred on the side of caution and used a way lighter tint and did it twice versus once and getting them way too dark. Oh well, it will eventually fade.

Many lash specialists here... I found my girl at the Desert Ridge location and love her! She does an excellent job every time and I just returned from a 3 week vacation in Asia where I snorkeled for several days... they still looked great when I returned to the states. I have joined their membership and love the connivence. Thank you!
