Anas and the team did an amazing job moving us into our new apartment !!!!! They were super careful and efficient. Will continue to pick imperial movers every time I have to move!!

Amazing movers! Showed up on time and moved very quickly. Handled all my things with great care! Moving sucks but they made it great! 10/10 highly recommend!!!

They DID NOT SHOW up the day of our move! No call, no warning, they did not answer any of our calls.We booked this move 2 months in advance - and called a week ahead to reconfirm. They told us everything was fine. The day of our move, we were left hanging with no help at all! We had to be out of our apartment that same day… so we ended up calling multiple moving companies and begging for movers same day. We will never use this company and definitely DO NOT recommend them!

Deserves 0 stars. Movers were scheduled and confirmed to arrive between 8-9 am. We sat waiting with no communication. Movers no showed and didn’t respond to calls, mail box is also conveniently full. We ended up using College Hunks Moving Junk and they were fantastic. Save yourself the stress and trouble and do not us All Together Moving!

I had such a good experience the first time I used this company, I call them for another job. They required a deposit. The day before the move another company called me and said All Together truck broke down and they would be moving for them. Ok... All Together would not give my deposit back and the other company, We Got Moves, wanted full payment. Same price but now I am out the deposit. They are both shady and I am so gut sick that they would do this to a repeat customer or any customer. They don't care! Neither does All Together Movers or We Got Moves, both shady, beware!

Got here on time the next day after last moving company broke my couch. Fast friendly efficient service what I was told is what I paid i highly recommend them. Thanks guys.

Two hours late, couldn’t even remove my piano from the truck when I SPECIFICALLY required experienced movers for that item! Then no shows/no answer to the phone the next morning when the promised movers would come back! I had to find another way to remove my piano!! ?????

I hired this company..altogether moving and storage..as they were finishing the move one if the workers broke my flat screen tv..my son and myself told the worker you broke my tv..he said we have insurance so it will take care of it my son took all the info on the tv and sent it to the company..Danielle said we will text you the claim number..a few days went by and I called them and was informed that the owner doesn’t want to claim it on his insurance so they will have a new tv to me by the weekend.. weekend came and went and no tv.. I called again and got no results.. they stop taking my calls.. so I’m telling everyone who wants to hire this company that they are dishonorable company.. do not hire them..I wish I would have read some of there reviews because I wouldn’t have hired them.. I have filed a complaint against them the bbb. Next I will take them to small claims court.. so if I can stop one person from going through what I went through by telling my story it’s worth it..

I used All Together Moving and Storage on June 29th, 2021. There was a young man, 19 years old, a older man who was sent home after an hour of work because he appeared intoxicated, almost fell down my stairs, and was not working at all. I has a 3 bedroom townhouse. I literally only had large items that I could not carry in the home. I moved all of my delicates and breakables ahead of time. I had about 10 plastic totes. They loaded the 26ft. truck very poorly and could not fit all my stuff so they filled up my personal pick-up truck with the rest of my stuff. They had gone over-time and had 2 more jobs after mine so they began to rush with my stuff. The 19 year-old carried my brand new 75" TV down the stairs by himself!!! When they finally arrived at the unload location one other young kid showed up tp help. Shortly after another young guy claiming to be the "supervisor" showed up to hurry them along. I am 45 years old and have moved several times in my life. THIS WAS THE WORST MOVE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!!! They used foul language and profanity the entire time! They broke and scratched literally every piece of my furniture and my walls!! They have caused over $10,000 in damaged to my property. They broke both my TV's, my king size canopy bed, wet and dirtied my new king mattress, and so so much more! I will post photos and have them if anyone wants to see them. They were aware of the damages before they left and I called and text Danielle photos the next day. I had secondary insurance to cover the damages but my insurance company, and no insurance company, will cover these damages because they are a result of "negligence, mishandling, and excessive handling". I have contacted them 3 times and have not gotten a response. My next step is Superior Court! If there is anyone else out there that wants to contact me please post. Thanks!

ALL TOGETHER MOVING u0026 STORAGE LLC (alltogethermoversaz.com) - - - WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! 6/25/21. For starters, called in u0026 asked office rep to have movers call me when they were on their way, but they did not. Mover JAMES quit on me in the middle of a move. After loading truck w/at least 40 percent of my belongings - JAMES became very disrespectful, nasty, rude u0026 unprofessional. As we were holding a very civil conversation, he decided he would get an attitude w/me while attempting to change price (hours of labor.. from 2 - 3 hours - to 4 - 5 hours). Wanted to argue, but when I didn’t give argue, he tried to find another reason to get angry anyway. My opinion, JAMES did not want to do the job...simply because it was a hot day. Despite me helping bring items to the truck, JAMES did not want to follow through w/my 1-bedroom apartment move. In addition, JAMES wanted to use a spool of my tape to tape up my expensive credenza-hutch because he didn’t have any plastic wrap on his truck to wrap the 1 item I requested to have wrapped!!! Putting tape directly onto dark cherry wood would have clearly ruined it. Someone needs to take serious quality time w/JAMES u0026 teach him people skills, management skills and how to properly, efficiently u0026 professionally move. In addition, JAMES began using profanity u0026 swearing (to himself) in front of my apartment - as he removed all my items from the truck. Needless to say, as a Minister of God I was quite offended by his disrespect...especially being that there was no arguing going on, except w/himself. His help ANDREW u0026 I were both baffled as to why he chose to go that route as he began removing everything that was already loaded. Called manager...complained about JAMES u0026 gave me his word that he’d check it out u0026 call me back but never did. Also in the process of moving my items back into my house, JAMES (physically) almost ran me over w/the dolly had I not jumped off the sidewalk to give him room. Had I not taken his aggression into consideration u0026 followed my reflex to quickly move out of the way, JAMES would be facing an attempted assault charge today!!! Now ask yourself...is this the type of (company) behavior you want to patronize. ANDREW on the other hand was very polite, respectful, helpful u0026 professional...even apologized repeatedly for his crew member’s behavior...despite it being his first day on the job. DON’T BE BAMBOOZLED BY THIS COMPANY!!! Their office representative (Danyelle) was very professional over-the-phone, but this company does not measure up. They left me terribly inconvenienced. Very very poor concern for their customers u0026 obviously un-bothered by their unprofessional employees. I’d rate this company a negative 5 stars if I could. TERRIBLE!!!
