When looking for PPP Loan help, it was impossible to get any real help or service from Chase, often for weeks or months at a time, randomly so...., So I called around. The people at Republic Bank of Arizona not only answered their phones, with local qualified help from real live Arizona USA humans, they were the most helpful, friendly and professional humans one could have hoped for. The service levels have continued to be responsive, professional and helpful. I highly recommend Republic Bank of Arizona and their awesome staff to anyone looking for banking services with a human touch. “I am rather shocked by the bad reviews i see here...I have been coming here for about 35 years, back then it was called Canyon State.....either way I have never had a serious issue and any small issue was taken care of right away. Only gripe is the lack of locations, but this one is near my house. I would keep my money here if I had the choice of a bank or this...I use both.”
