I'm going to be honest I don't go to Ace often, but when I have certain needs, I always think of Ace first and have always gotten good service. I usually need help finding everything. This particular time, the service was very poor, and I couldn't get help. The clerks only pointed in the direction of my request. Then, one young man, I wish I knew his name provided the service that Ace would have been proud of keeping with their image of Ace, is the place with the helpful hardware man. I wouldn't have known I needed some additional things or how to use it on my project. Which probably would have caused a second trip back to the store probably wouldn't have gone to Ace. I'm very old school and love when I get real customer service like back in the day! Thank you, young man. You made a customer want to come back.

I ordered a bathroom sink faucet online and got the run-around about how it would be sent a week later. Turns out it was mailed, but to the wrong address, so I requested a refund and hope to get that. Your online service sucks!

I’m at Ace several times a week for mundane things like A/C filters all the way to rare finds that match existing hardware or can be used on rare vehicles. Magically, my Ace store has what I need 99 percent of the time, and it’s affordable. The people there are quite helpful and even provide some much needed coaching and reassurance. They live up to their jingle!

My Dad calls this store "Ace, the unhelpful place" and he is ? correct. I went in to get some keys cut, which it clearly states on their website is a service they provide. The guy at the counter tells me he could cut the keys for me, but the owner says he's not allowed to. So I go find the manager and ask him what the deal is. The ace team member he was talking with said they couldn't cut them because of liability. Which was an out and out lie. Then the manager says "oh we'll cut them, but you have to buy them from us. And we program them too." It was gonna be almost $300 for two keys. I already have blanks, and I can program them myself. I just needed them cut. Bad management can change a whole store. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Price Home Depot! However Ace has things H.D doesn't have; in addition when you need a few screws of anything or just a couple much cheaper & more convenient Then H.D. plus without hassling you like H.D. They're happy to give you a military discount!

I love this hardware store! Services excellence and a lot of stuff to help you find an item that you are looking for. I do an online order this way, it's there for me when I pick it up, and they are very good with that service.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted a few times during my visits to Ace Hardware on Indian School by BRI.
I truly couldn't be happier with Bri's level of expertise and helpfulness she displayed from a customer experience perspective. Bri is super knowledgeable and patiently listened to my needs and concerns (I can be OCD at times - lol), taking the time to understand exactly what I was looking for from a painting perspective and providing me the right solution. I definately can't say the same for some of the big box stores. Hence, why she is now my goto when it comes to anything regarding my home improvement needs! Thanks Bri!!!!

I've got a numerous true value hardware stores around the valley this is the first time I was never approached or offered help. I wanted to wait to see if anybody would ask but it was dead quiet inside no one did they didn't have what I needed cashier was in a hurry so she could go smoke a cigarette out front. Next time I'll drive to home Depot
