I want to thank Ed for taking the time to help me with a plumbing shut off valve issue I was having. He took the time to test the part on a piece of copper pipe and showed me exactly what to do. He was so helpful and friendly. I did what he recommended and it worked perfectly. Thanks again Ed for your courteous and professional guidance.

I got a lawn sprinkler about 2 mo ago and it's defected but I didn't kept the receipt because I had one lasted many years so I went to the store and explained to rep and they were extremely helpful to find the date I bought in their system since we are members of ACE for very long time and she went out of the way to helping me and it was the best feeling! So good to shop at local store. Thank you for being great help and service!

Probably the worst of ace hardware that i go to. Stock poorly managed, never have what i need. high prices. Staffed mostly with kids who haven't a clue about stock or hardware. Even the one adult who works there is hardly helpful. There's one young man who works there who's good if you're lucky enough to find him.

No propane exchange - even though the website says they do... The Circle K across the street has propane.

This is a "modern Ace," you don't get the experienced Old Timers that know construction, painting, etc.

WOW!!! This place ROCKS!! Food was FIRE! They killed it!!! Get the chicken fried bacon!! It was insanely delicious!! I'm still dreaming of it!!! The Crazy Clucker sandwich was the dreamiest, tastiest, most flavorful, lip smacking, hunger satisfying sandwich ever!!

No exchanges allowed and very high prices. They have plenty of hardware but if anything is defective you can't return it

The managers and employees at this Ace are clearly unhappy and it shows within the store. They don't really want to help the customer or even pretend like they want to help. At the end of my encounter with the manager, I decided not to purchase the few items I had and drove to another Ace down the street (Walts) - holy heck, night and day experience! If you are in need of an Ace- skip this location as they are independently owned. Walts had better pricing, WAY more selection, and the staff was happy and super lovely and helpful! Thank you for this awful experience so I could discover Walts.

At this location -every employee was a teenager - and the full 10 minutes we were there- they were popping plastic bags. Imagine if a customer was a veteran with PTSD or someone who had a heart condition. Will the manager please provide the bare minimum of training for the employees at this location? Your current and future customers would appreciate it.
