About a month and a half ago I ordered four complete spray heads with couplers elbows and heads plus an extra coupler and a side sprayer head. When I called access the sales person was very helpful in ensuring that I got the correct parts I needed for my application and he spent quite a bit of time ensuring this. When they arrived I was very pleased With the promptness, quality and looks of everything I had bought. Unfortunately, when I was unboxing them everything looked great except for one adjuster band on one of the spray heads was dented and distorted. I called ATP and talked to Michael and he said to email him some pictures of the damaged part. I did so and within an hour he had another part on the way. For this I would give them five out of five stars. About a week later when I received the new adjuster band it was actually in worse shape than the original. It was badly dented but the box was in good shape so I’m assuming it happened before being shipped. I emailed them with pictures again and to this day which is two weeks later I still haven’t heard a word from them. I also found that the Victaulic style fittings I had bought fit a little bit looser and I couldn’t tighten them enough to keep the spray heads from pivoting backwards when I use the sprayers. I had to take four brand new $18 each ATP Victaulic fittings and lay them aside and use the ones from the old system I had which would go tighter. For this I think I would have to sadly drop my stars down to 3 out of 5.

This is my 2nd time going there for parts for our water truck, I have to say nothing has changed there since my first visit over a year ago. They gentleman I dealt with at the front desk was absolutely a great guy to deal with. Smiled, joked, and made you feel like you been there a million times before. And the prices were actually better than I had expected.
