Delivery was suppose to have been made on Thursday and order was delayed until today (Friday) and which they called me today saying they can deliver and few minutes ago just received a call that they can not deliver until Monday now in which I had a flight on Sunday and now have to miss my flight due to them not working on weekends to deliver. Such an inconvenience.

When you order online, you don't have to show a lease agreement. The store that delivers the product to you demands it. Make sure your address on your ID matches your physical address or you will not get the product you were already approved for & paid the first payment on.

VERY DISAPPOINTED AT THIS LOCATION.. WHILE WAITING WITH MY GIRLFRIEND I ASKED FOR A BOTTLE OF WATER AND HE SAID HE DIDN'T HAVE ANY.. THEN ASK TO USE THE BATHROOM AND HE SAID TO USE THE JACK IN THE BOX ON THE CORNER..WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE DO YOU HAVE HERE.. I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS NOT TO PATRONIZE THIS STORE..YOU GUYS DIDN'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR..

I got a refrigerator 8 months ago pay on the 20th of every month and now they want to change it to pay it on the 1st because of this I surrendered the item I'm not going to deal what the fact that they don't know what they're doing trying to hustle me out of some extra money I will be reporting this to corporate

I'm giving this place 3 stars because some of the ppl there are actually nice. However, this lady Candace couldn't care less. She knowing added a fee onto my rental account even though I'm 100% on time and paid up. I did my part is it really so much to expect her to do her job. Otherwise what the heck are they paying her for. I do have another account I'm a little behind on and if she had added a late fee to that account I would have accepted it. And when I tried to tell her the fee was on the wrong account she refused to fix it. She has done nothing but give attitude from day one. Also this fee said it was for an in home visit. Nobody ever visited me. Furthermore, what kind of stalker shows up at peoples houses anyway. Seriously, the store has my address for delivery purposes and not so its sales lady can pay me a visit. I even had friends warn me about her. I should have listened and went to another store but this one was closer. As soon as I'm paid off I'm switching stores as fast as I can.

I’m saddened by my recent experience with a delivery order from this store. I’ve shopped with them a few times in the past and never had any issues. However, this time my freezer was scratched in the process of them trying to squeeze it through the front door after trying to take it through the backyard and in the slider (it was too large to fit). Which fine, they we’re trying to get it into my house which I appreciate. However what I don’t appreciate is having my husband sign for something while I was in the other room, and then saying well you inspected and signed. Uggh, no! Then to top it off, when going through my gate back to the front, knowing I have dogs didn’t bother to close my gate. Then I realize my dogs are missing ? after I located my dogs in the neighborhood I called to let the store manager know that their delivery drivers also left my gate open and didn’t bother to tell me. Mind you we did not go through the gate with the drivers. He proceeds to tell me how they assumed my husband would close it! We thought you would be smart enough to close it since we weren’t with them! Or at least tell us they weren’t able to close it so we could take care. I think what frustrates me the most is the manager trying to blame us, verses teaching her employees to not be sloppy. Leave things the way you found them! I honestly would’ve been happy if she would’ve said do you know why I’ll make sure my drivers pay more attention to that in the future or something instead of saying it was our fault! Hopefully I see some changes or this will be my last time using this store!

The Gm is amazing and helped me through the entire process! Amazing customer service and setup my payment plan so that it's not due when rent is due. Most business individuals could care less about your rent.

Ordered a TV online from this place, paid the fee, waited over a week, missed hours at work (lost wages) to wait for delivery for them to deny delivery at my door cause my is address does not match residence. Offered lease as proof, was told no! Absolute joke, Aaron’s owes me 2hrs of pay on top off fees paid while waiting.No literature ANYWHERE supporting this supposed rule!
