This place doesn't deserve any ratings. Was returning a couch lounge and delivery person told me I had a bed bug on it which I never had them ever at my home. Seems like a bug scam Now I feel like being dishonest. If you're a delivery person and don't want to take an it plus planting things in people's homes, let them know ahead of time.

The employee Candance is rude very ghetto and unprofessional. She hates her job and it definitely shows. I definitely wouldn't recommend this location.

I got a bed set from Aaron's and didn't realize until a month later that it was infested with bedbugs and now they won't take back the bed set in fear that it would contaminate the rest of the inventory

This is the best aarons store I've been to. I went thru the 19th and bell one and the manager there is a complete b***h. The employees at this one have been understanding and amazing since day one. I've gotten quite a bit behind and r still willing to work with me. They haven't hounded me about it either. They got me my furniture on time by professionals. They answer every time I call and always help me in any way they can. I am so glad they r understanding and I hope to gain back their trust about my payments. I got super behind and almost lost my apartment and I got behind and now I'm saving my furniture. Thank u to everyone who works here.

My husband and I have been trying to get a bed set since August 17th, 2022 and it is now Oct. 22nd, 2022... Employees are rude and never answer the phone and when thwy do- they hang up or pir you on hold for 30 mins

TERRIBLE customer service… they will not help you if you live in their area they tell you that you’re not and will send you away to another store that can’t serve your area.. they said that I never submitted an application but I did it 3 times and no one would help me.

Not sure about the place I called around before I came they said they had a PlayStation 5 I get there they didn't have a PlayStation 5 then all the sudden they said they had one in the back but it had to be reprogrammed so we just walked out

I don't know why people give bad reviews during this Pandemic Crisis... like you expect everyone to please you or even just drop everything and help you out and forget about the other customers.... really come on folks.... common sense....Everything is done online now days...Try opening a bank account, purchase a vehicle, order food, book online flights, hotels, or even appointment etc...we didn't ask for this pandemic we all could prevent it from happening but we didn't. WHY BECASUE WE DIDN'T COVER UP, GOT THE SHOT.... IF YOU DON'T TAKE CARE OF YOUR HEALTH WHO WILL...? THIS IS NOT A JOKE THE USA DOES NOT HAVE MONEY TO TAKE CARE OF EVERYONE FOR EVER....1. Cover Up2. Get the SHOT3. Social Distance4. Stay HomeThe reason I gave this Glendale location a 5 star because they deserve it for providing outstanding customer service. 1). They greet me as soon I walk in, they were helping other customers I had to wait my turn. 2) I walk around to see what I want to purchase. 3) I got max approval for $150.00 for anything in the store after using their online application kiosk.4) I got me a HP 17" Laptop....5) I received it two days later.6) I stop by to ask a few questions... since this is my first time renting from Aarons... I was out 5mins later specially on a Friday, July 1, 2022Aaron's made my rent to own process better compare to the other places...Keep up the great work....
