I actually really like AAA. I have been in quite a few times to that office, specifically to get anything from insurance to passport photos to AAA security, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera. What I especially like about that office is they don't act corporate. They act more like your next door neighbors. They Know You by name when you come in, they are always friendly, gracious and professional. Something else I especially like is they don't pressure you at all to buy things.

I recently visited the AAA Paradise Valley branch for an international driving permit. I call the office to inquire about the service. Mary answer my call (and all the questions I had) and when I got to the office she assisted me with the entire process! Outstanding service! Thank you Mary & team.

Excellent member service with little or no wait time on the day we were there. The reps fulfilled our request in record time and were very pleasant and friendly. They also explained benefits of which we were not aware such as free notary service, passport photos, auto registration and related services with the exception of driver licenses and home security systems with affordable monitoring service. This location is convenient to us and easy to access. Plenty of parking available.

Went to AAA because I couldn't order travel books online. When I arrived I was told they don't publish anymore. I want printed travel books, If I don't have access to the internet, I can't access your travel books. AAA is not being green, you are being cheap!

The worst customer service. The agent talked over me the entire time and argued with me. I was trying to sign up for auto insurance with them but I had to hang up because the agent was so rude.

This place is terrible!! There customer service SUCKS! I made an appointment so I did not have to wait,when I arrived they said it would be more than an hour! The guy at the front desk was a lying exagerating Slob! while litteraly 5 guys were behind the desk doing Nothing,gossiping loud enough so that everyone waiting could hear everything ,Completley Unprofessional! All of the Bays for service were empty,about 12 employees were there NO ONE WORKING! AAA should look into this,,,,STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE,IT IS A DISASTER!!!

Absolutely incredible experience I wish I would have thought about going over to AAA along time ago when it comes to motor vehicle insurance. My insurance agent, Samantha Reddick made me feel very welcomed, and took the time to explain everything perfectly so I knew I was making the right choice from the beginning. I’m definitely planning on continuing with AAA long-term. It just makes sense.
