I recently stopped in to get my international drivers permit. Place is nice, new, and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Big shout out to the employee Erik Jorgensen, he went above and beyond to help me out! World Class customer service! I would recommend this AAA location 10/10! Thank you again.

I came here for a minor repair, Kyle checked me in and before he was finished checking my car in, it was already in the shop and up on the rack! My appointment was at 11am and I was on my way by 1120! Everyone is so friendly and helpful there and the waiting area is clean and comfortable.
I wouldn't mind coming back for more repairs ?

On February 16th, I went into the AAA branch at 7th Street and Bethany Home Road. I explained to the lady at the front podium that I was having issues with my current insurance and I wanted to speak with somebody. I waited a few minutes and then an insurance agent named Brett Olson greeted me and we walked back to his desk. First of all, he explained that he’s an insurance agent who handles new accounts not service and that they didn’t have any service representatives on site, but that he was willing to look at my policies to see what he could find out. I explained to Brett that early that morning I received an email from AAA with information on my annual premium cost for my two vehicles. I told him that I was concerned because my premium had jumped up 40%. I mentioned that several times before coming into the branch, I had tried to contact my service agent and a supervisor but received no reply. Brett apologized for my recent experience. Brett began to look at my customer profile, and told me that my driving record was a 45 and that the highest level was a 50 and that anybody between 40 and 50 are considered excellent and are preferred insurance clients. He was able to see that I didn’t have any new claims, neither did I have any at-fault accidents and I explained to him that my credit score is top tier. Brett stated that looking at the information on file he could not understand why there was such a dramatic increase in my car insurance policy. He said in order to get answers that he would need to contact the insurance departmen’s back office to look into this. Brett mentioned that my homeowners insurance premium had just posted in their system that day and he printed it up for me. My policy went from $700 annual to $1,188 which is a 58% increase. I’ve never had any home insurance claims and yet my policy jumps up that much. Brett was shocked and said that he would look into this. He explained that he had a short day as he had come in late and he was finishing up some work, and then he was going to be off the next three days, but that he would see if he could get some answers that day and if not, then he would follow up with the back office on Tuesday, February 20th when he returned to work. Brett stated that he would be giving me a call on February 20th to follow up to see what he was able to find out about the premium increases and to see if there was anything that could be done about the new rates. Before I left, I asked Brett “you’re for sure going to call me when you’re back in the office?” and he promised he would. Before I left, he even confirmed my phone number and email address and stated that he would touch base with me next Tuesday. I never heard back from Brett, not a voicemail or an email; there was no follow up. I appreciated Brett taking time out of his schedule to meet with me, and the only thing I wanted was a follow up and receive some final answers regarding my new premium costs. Even if there was no change to the new rates, it would’ve been nice to have a confirmation.

This AAA shop was great to work with, Jimmy heard me when i told him we needed it as soon as possible and his guys stayed late and had our car back to us before the scheduled time. Kept us well informed and got my granddaughter back on the road. Thank you guys....

This auto shop are a bunch of scammers. They scammed me out of an engine warranty. Do not go here. They diagoned my heater core having an issue and did NOT fix it properly which lead to engine damage that they dont want to be held liable for, horrible people here, stay away from think junk establishment! They charged me $80 for a diagnostic test and they did nothing to fix the problem which led to more problems. I cant believe anyone would hire employees with such incompetence.

original review from 30 days ago and the response from the business owner. i sent the email as requested with my information on december 23rd and have yet to receive a response. the customer service keeps getting worse and worse. do not take your car here unless you want to immediately have to take it somewhere else to fix the problems caused by the incompetence of the employees at this location.

I had no idea what to expect in a AAA store. I had no idea they even existed but apparently I needed to go there for an intentional driver's license. It was such an easy process. They will take your photo there and take care of all the paperwork. $40. They are seriously so friendly there also. I'm not even a AAA member so thought they would try to sell me a membership or something. They didn't even bring it up once.

All employees here at this location are kind and helpful, I stopped in to get tires aired up, and made an appt for an oil change. Tripple AAA is a much needed service for every one especially single women and the elderly!! The service is fast and courteous. All street mechanics, ( I've called for flat tire, dead battery and once I locked myself out) have been above and beyond courteous! I'll continue to have AAA till I no longer drive!! Thank you TRIPPLE AAA ? ? ? ? ?
