These people are very unprofessional and rude. The person that answers the phone has no idea what she is talking about and when asked to speak with the manager, her knowledge level was about the same as the receptionist and just as rude.

I have been with a-l financial for a couple of years and you won't have problems unless your late with your payment, they are reasonable and very helpful
