My first time ever using a storage facility I was thankfully impressed by Key Storage (indian school Rd.) And the greatCustomer Service we rarely see as consumers. My lock wasn't secure on my space and with excessive heat warningsIn Phoenix, the Manager not only gave me a courtesy call, but met me at my unitTo instruct me on what I had missed.

I rent a unit, and simply the person in charge of 4002 Indian School, Mrs. Larisa tells me around noon that the door of the unit I rent is open, even with a smile on her lips, and she tells me that they changed the security and that now everything is new, I ask for the lock and she doesn't tell me. The guy says he'll throw it away, when I call he says everything is fine in my unit and that I should come and see when I have time, I recommend that you don't rent in this storage, it's not safe, it's very insecure. Do not rent in this place because if there is a problem they will not solve it, because there is no contact with the corporation to solve the problem immediately if the person in charge of the place is racist.
