I hate to even do this because i shop with these boys often . First off i bought a pair of 22 in Vogue tires from them with a five year warranty. With in less than 1 year the the white walls starting to crack and peel . If you are familiar with Vogue tires they are very highly quality tires and don’t split in a circle around the tire . Now when i asked about the warranty the first guy tired to convince me the tread was to low which they were at the seven mark which meant they were still under warranty. He fought so hard like if i got the warranty that it was coming out there pocket. Which makes me believe they are selling FAKE or Knock off vogue tires out that spot. Homemade. If not why would you be fighting so hard not to get me the warranty if vogue already stated that what the warranty is. So then they call me and tell me that vogue only credited me 500$ when the warranty state’s replacement. But it’s all good i won’t be buying vogue from them again. Then the second guy says well to get the warranty you have to have your tires rotated by them which i did 4 times and i have the paper work to prove it . Then he didn’t want to provide me with receipts which was in his computer until i told him I’ll go home and get them . He said it’s my job to have receipts not them . Even tho i had to present them to vogue he didn’t want to provide them . Now if no money is coming out their pockets what reason would they have to stop me from getting my warranty. Because they selling fake Vogue. So to all my homies who love vogue tire don’t go there they selling knock offs and fake vogue fa sho go on line and order straight from vogue for way cheaper and will be authentic.

I'm a year late on this but 602 Auto is Where it's At!!!. I called looking for Custom work on my suspension and they Did and Excellent job , pricing on parts and labor was very reasonable, great customer service quick Turn Arounds, I had my car back within the week , I will be getting more work done by these guys.

Because I gave them a bad review the manager Sal told us we only had to pay the tow fee . Now he has went back on his word and said he is also charging $189 for the diagnosis . He is not a man of his word .

Very honest & professional work! I have no complaints abt them I very highly recommend them, I was shopping around for rims for for my my truck! Just abt every rim shop will try to sell me what they have in stock or tell me they can’t get the ones I want! Like I said I been looking for a while at rims and I had made up my mind the ones I want! Other shops try to tell me that I’m going to need a lift kit the rims will rub cause the size rim & tires I want that they could get them at a very high price cause of the brand not just anyone can get them! So I ended up at 602 Autosports they gave me a great deal that was fair to get my business they didn’t have them in stock they ordered them for me, so they did & they told me they will let me know if I need to lift the front which it didn’t need to at the end they fit great on my very honest! If I ever need another set they can count on me being back!

I had a great experience they did everything they could to find and fix the problem my car had and are always available to help me out I would just call to make an apt before because they are pretty busy other than that I had a great service

The business was supposed to provide tire installation and custom work on lights for my vehicle. However, it seems like they failed to deliver the services as promised and caused multiple issues, such as installing the wrong size tires, causing the alignment to be extremely off which is causing the tires to get eaten up and in the process damaging my rims, scratching one of them, breaking my lights, and getting grease all over my seat. Despite bringing these issues to their attention, they have been unresponsive in resolving the issue, which has caused a lot of inconvenience and frustration for me as a customer.
I am extremely frustrated with this company's service. Not only did they install the wrong size tires, damage my rims, scratch one of them, get grease all over my seat, and break my lights, but they have also been unresponsive in resolving the issue. I have had to go back up there every other day to take my vehicle, and they continue to give me the runaround. This has been a huge inconvenience for me as I only have one vehicle and have had to borrow cars in the meantime. Their lack of accountability and disregard for their customers is truly disheartening. I would strongly advise anyone looking for tire services or custom work on their vehicle to avoid this company at all costs.

My husband I had the worst experience ever with this place. I never get on this Google review to talk about how awful a business is, but after all the things that went on after I gave the benefit of the doubt, NOT TWICE, BUR THREE TIMES, !!! It's time someone does something about it. We had 4 brand new tires put on and we've had problems ever since. The alignment is off, my gears don't shift, I've already had to air up my left front tire and the other day when we left our vehicle there, AGAIN TO FIX THE ALIGHNMENT BECAUSE ..QUOTE UNQUOTE, THEY CANT SEEM TO FIGURE OUT WHY ITS STILL PULLING TO THE RIGHT., we go to pick it up the next day and the WHOLE FRONT LEFT TIRE RIM IS SCRATCHED. !!! O I'm not done, there's OIL on my driver seat, no one had enough decency to put a towel on the seat, knowing your working in a body shop, have some respect for other people's property.

Very friendly staff. I was able to get my frontend alignment done same day which yes should easily be done but I was a late appointment and still had to get the parts ordered for the replacement. This staff went above and beyond to make sure I was able to have the work done same day. I work on the road and travel so it was my only ride and I was heading out very soon after this was done.
