The grift is so real that the clothing racks are stuffed to the max, making it frustrating to sort through clothing. Sizes all over the place, such a mess in there today

This is a great location with friendly staff, I was very impressed by the manager Brent. I saw him deal with a customer in a very professional manner

Disgusted. Goodwill….. used to be about selling clothes that would have ended up to the general public at discounted price. Two of the items I brought up were missing tags… they don’t even provide fitting rooms anymore despite having 6!!!!!!! So I tried on pants over my short. One of the tags fell off. So I brought it up. I had two of the same pants. One priced at 5.99. I was told the items couldn’t be sold anymore because they had to be reprocessed. You’re selling USED clothes. I said okay…. Well can they be put on hold and I could come back tomorrow I was told no. I asked her if there was anything we could do. She went and reprocessed them…… I had a feeling when she came back they were going to mark up the prices by double…. What do you know all of the pants were now 9.99 instead of 5.99 even though I had the price tag that fell off and the identical pair just in a different color. Never shopping here again!!!!! Big corporation!!! All they care about is money.

It’s actually quite infuriating to see these people taking merchandise that was donated to them and putting price tags on stuff over 2x what new retail price is. Then sit there and play these adds in the store about how they are “philanthropists” gtfoh lol. You guys are flat out wrong for that. This stuff was given to you don’t forget that.

The worst Goodwill I’ve been to. Including several in Phoenix area, Tucson, Albuquerque, Las Vegas, Dallas, LA area and Denver.

Second time at this location. Went to help my mom pick out some casual stuff for a vacation because she hates shopping and gets flustered easy when looking for clothes. She had tried on her own and had trouble sizing herself so she had things to return, and the manager was super rude about doing it because the tags weren’t attached since we wash before trying. If that’s against policy then that’s fine, we didn’t put up any sort of fight, but he was nasty about it for no reason. The bad experience defeated her before she even got a chance to look through the racks. I’d expect this at a Scottsdale location but next to the thrifty ice?2 for 2 unnecessarily rude experiences at this location.

Store was neat and organized. Not crazy about all the Goodwills closing their fitting rooms. I am sure it is saving then payroll, and less theft. But it may turn us away to other thrift stores that have fitting rooms.

$45 for used boots and $10 for a pair of shorts with a stain. Overpriced and somehow the fitting rooms are still closed?! Probably not worth going to.

I've shopped at several Goodwills and this is another nice one. They did not have a cellphone battery I wanted though. However, I did buy a metal thermos for only $2.50 and a nice ceramic coffee cup for only .99 cents. So that's a bargain in my book.Yes...there's some homeless(mostly harmless and not necessarily drug fiends) people wandering in the lot but instead of whining about it try asking if you can buy one a cup of coffee or a blanket like I do(it's cold out there and homeless die in the cold every night...you could save an innocent life).Note: Blankets in Goodwill are less than $5.Put good Karma into the world and it comes back to you.Recommended store.
